The space
We also rent out other studios and a cottage on this Quinta. We share the garden and the pool together. But each unit has its own private area.
Villa with 3 floors:
Ground floor:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 have direct access to the garden and pool. One has access to a private balcony.
- 3 bathrooms from which 2 ensuite and 1 separate with a bath.

The neighborhood
Located in the peaceful area of Montinhos da Luz, the centre of Luz with all its shops, restaurants and facilities is just a stroll away. The historic centre of Lagos and award-winning golf courses are just a short drive away!
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Getting around
There is a bus stop nearby the quinta from where you can travel to Lagos. You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Free cancellation up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning and linen fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 14 of arrival. We strongly advice to take a cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial damage.

Weniger zufriedenstellend war allerdings das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. In der Küche und im Wohnbereich wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert, gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hätte insgesamt etwas besser sein können, und nicht alle Zimmer waren mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet.

Pontos negativos: não existe estacionamento suficiente na frente da casa. Éramos 8 adulto com 3 carros e apenas 1 pode ficar na frente da casa por ordem do anfitrião. Regra que não estava descrita no anúncio. No último dia não tínhamos estacionamento para 1 dos carros, pelo que teve que ficar mal estacionado. Comuniquei com o anfitrião acerca da situação e não obtive resposta.
A casa tem vários estúdios partilhados no interior da casa mas com entradas independentes. Mais uma vez apenas no anúncio fala numa quinta separada. Quando na realidade existem vários estúdios tirando assim a privacidade e segurança.

Vanuit het huis loop je in een paar minuten naar de klif waar je een fenomenaal uitzicht hebt op de kustlijn!
Als er iets was, dan stond direct Kiki klaar om ons te helpen. Zo fijn! En wanneer er iets was (er was bij ons iets met de airco), werd het meteen opgelost! Wat een service!
Verder heeft het zwembad een afgesloten hek wat voor ons een uitkomst was met een peuter van drie.

En cuanto a casa, me ha gustado mucho la piscina y la sala de estar.
La propiedad está ubicada en una zona tranquila cerca de la naturaleza.
