The neighborhood

The area around Ouderkerk aan de Amstel is known for the nice cycle and hiking/walking routes. The house is situated directly at the river the Amstel and close to several nature reserves.

Getting around

Getting to Amstelveen is easy thanks to its convenient transportation options. Amstelveen is well-connected to Amsterdam and surrounding areas via tram and bus services. From Amsterdam's city center, you can take Tram 5 or various bus routes to reach Amstelveen in no time.

If you prefer driving, Amstelveen is easily accessible by car via the A9 motorway. From Amsterdam, it's just a short drive southward.

★Check out time before 10:00.
★This is a non smoking house.
★During check in we will hand you the keys. If you lose them we will charge you €100,- for replacing the door lock.
★At check out we will check for damage and cleanliness. Make sure you do the dishes and basically clean the bathroom and toilet.
★Please treat this accommodation as your own and respect the privacy of the neighbours. Quiet time between 22:00 and 7:00.
