The space

The quinta consists of a villa with 4 bedrooms, a cottage with 1 bedroom and 3 studios. The studios are attached to the villa but not connected. Only studio 3 can be connected from the inside with the villa.
The cottage is a separate, detached annex.

Villa with 3 floors:

Ground floor:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 have direct access to the garden and pool. One has access to a private balcony.
- 3 bathrooms from which 2 ensuite and 1 separate with a bath.
Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (en-suite bathroom)
Bedroom 2: 1 King double bed (en-suite bathroom)
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds of which 1 high sleeper bed
Bedroom 4: 1 single kids bed and 1 small double bed (140 cm wide)
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a family bathroom.

First floor:
- spacious open plan kitchen with an amazing view and connecting balcony
- living room with a television area (canal digital) and dining area

2nd floor:
- small roof patio with ocean view

1 bedroom cottage (annex):
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
- sofa bed for 2 in the living (140 cm wide)
- private bathroom

Studio 1
- 2 twin beds and a sofa bed suitable for 1 child or adult (110 cm wide)
- private patio with BBQ area
- private bathroom and kitchen

Studio 2
- 2 twin beds
- private patio with BBQ area
- private bathroom and kitchen

Studio 3 (first floor)
- 2 twin beds

- private bathroom and kitchen

Studio 3 is accessible from the first floor of the villa by an internal door (that can be locked). It also has a separate private entrance.

Check-in with key box 24/7 and very long and intensive cleaning before arrival.
You will stay in our comfortable and family-friendly Quinta, where you can enjoy the countryside's natural landscapes.
This is a delightful accommodation which will suit holidaying families. Accommodating 20 people (max 17 adults), you’ll have access to the whole Quinta and its private garden.
There's a large outside patio, great for dining outside on 2 picnic tables.
Ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a coastal break or get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But if you feel the need to go out or go shopping, Lagos is just 10 minutes away by car.
Great area for walking, surfing or cycling.

Our hosts, who live on the property in a mobile home, will ensure that no stone is left unturned to ensure your comfort for the duration of your stay.

We prefer to welcome families to our Quinta.
- The maximum capacity of the house is 17 adults.
- Children and babies are welcome.
- Groups of younger friends are not welcome. Only 30+.
