Newly refurbished 4 bedroom villa with incredible views over the ocean and endless Natural Park
The space
The Sea View Villa is located on the quieter Eastern side of Martinhal with stunning views over the protected Costa Vicentina Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa has been recently and completely updated to include Air Conditioning, a new kitchen, bathrooms, and total internal and external refurbishment.
This spacious 4 bedroom villa has two internal courtyards that give the villa ample fresh air and natural light! Its living quarters include a large comfortable living room with connected open dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms on the ground floor open onto the garden and terrace, and the master bedroom upstairs has a huge sun terrace overlooking the pool, valley and ocean. All bedrooms and the lounge have Smart TV's.
This villa is amazing for those that love the countryside and open sea views. A short countryside pathway leads directly from the villa to the remote Rebolinhos beach. This is practical as if you also have access to a quiet private beach! You have access to one of the largest private swimming pools in Martinhal. The terrace includes an outdoor dining area with BBQ that conveniently leads into the kitchen.
The villa is just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful sandy Martinhal Beach with 2 beach restaurants and water sports activities. We can host up to 8 adults + 2 children under 12.

The neighborhood
Martinhal is a quiet and safe resort location, in close proximity of the Martinhal beach, Sagres town and beaches, Atlantic Ocean and the Natural Reserve Park of Costa Vicentina.
The villa is literally a three minute trail walk away from the secluded beach of Praia Dos Rebolihos and a 5 minute walk from Martinhal sandy beach with 2 fantastic beach restaurants. You can also walk along the beach to the local fishing village of Sagres where you will find some great local restaurants, and 3 further beautiful beaches.
Getting around
It is possible to reach Sagres by bus and there are taxi's and übers available in the area. But if you want to make the most of your stay and explore the area, a hire car is highly recommended.
Other things to note
➤ smoking is not allowed, parties are not allowed
➤ Swimming pool can be heated at a surcharge of 23-35 euros per night depending on the season. Please let us know about this before your arrival.

➤ Check-in time: 4 - 9pm (arrivals after 9pm must be confirmed before booking. Late arrivals could result in a fee of 30-50 euros to be paid at arrival.)
➤ Check-out time: before 10am
ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, 100% of the total booking amount is due.
