The space

Situated on the edge of the Vale da Telha urbanization, this cosy one-bedroom apartment emerges, with privileged views of Monchique, and a beautiful valley of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park which sits in front of the house. Surrounded by a green hedge providing great privacy, and a beautiful garden with excellent sun exposure all day, with cork oaks and some fruit trees, giving a tranquil feeling of being at a rural farm.

The self-contained apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink & toilet and the open plan living room with kitchen opens to the great garden.

Guest access

This apartment is all yours during your stay for optimal privacy and space. On the top floor of the building is a 4-bed villa which is being rented out separately. Both accommodations have their private entrance & garden!

The neighborhood

Our sunny villa is located on the outskirts of Aljezur, offering you a quiet, private space without being in the middle of nowhere.

Vale da Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day to day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is located right in the middle between famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale da Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.

Getting around

From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale da Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
