This was our third stay in one of the apartments at Kaagresort. Beautiful view, good amenities and there is a huge indoor playground called Monkey Town 350 meters from Kaagresort. Our 4 year old loves this place. The host is always responsive when needed. Already planning our next stay in august. Igor, Maylien & Isabella.

Geräumige Wohnung mit schönem, grossen Balkon mit Blick auf den Binnenhafen. Möbel haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Küche recht sparsam mit Utensilien ausgestattet. In der Nähe läuft eine Bahnlinie entlang. Alles in allem eine gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach z.B. Leiden, Noordwijk, etc.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Umgebung sehr interessant. Alle Ausflüge z.B. nach Leiden gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Sesselstühle waren sehr abgerockt. Wir hatten erst den Verdacht, dass sich Hunde oder Katzen daran ausgelassen hätten.

Wasserschaden in der Decke der Toilette. Es tropfte Wasser. Bei Betätigen des Lichtschalters flog die Sicherung heraus. Reparatur nach drei Tagen. Sitzmöbel abgewetzt. Toaster vergammelt. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Ev yeterince temiz, sıcak ve kullanışlıydı. Ancak evden çıktıktan sonra oturma odasındaki parke zeminlere zarar verdiğimiz, çok derin çizikler bıraktığımız söylendi ama biz öyle bir şey yapmadık. Önceden herhangi bir çizik olmadığı ve bu çiziklere bizim sebep olduğumuz söylendi ve salonun tamamındaki parke döşemenin değiştirilmesi için tazminat talebinde bulunuldu. Böyle birşey yapmamamıza rağmen sanki yapmış gibi kimin yaptığı iyice araştırılmadan tazminat talebinde bulunulması beni ve ailemi çok üzdü. Tavsiyem şu ki bu tarz yerlerde kalmadan önce ve kaldıktan sonra evin içini yeterince görüntülemeniz yoksa bizim gibi haksızlığa maruz kalabilirsiniz. Bu çizikleri biz yapmadığımız için sonuna kadar kendimizi savunacağız umarım Airbnb firması da bu yanlış anlaşılmaya biran evvel çözüm bulur.

El piso en sí está muy bien, con bastantes comodidades para vivir, la pega que pongo sería que el barrio está muy alejado de todo, no estaba bien conectado. Si lo que buscas es total tranquilidad y pasear un poco sin ruido de la ciudad ni distracciones, con la tranquilidad del río, está perfecto. Pero si quieres hacer turismo explorar Holanda, la ubicación no es adecuada. Pero el piso en sí está bien, buenos muebles, cocina bien acondicionada, con bastantes vajilla.

Logement situé dans une magnifique ville et plutot spacieux. Cependant le canapé oublié tout de suite si vous comptiez dormir dedans bruit de resort et très peu comfortable hors d’âge ils est pas mal abîmé. Si vous voulez utiliser Netflix ou YouTube prévoyez une nuit de plus vus le temps de chargement de celle ci. Taches sur les drap et oreiller. Le micro-ondes n’étais pas très propre et des odeur s’en échapper pour 120€ de frais de ménage pour 3 nuits tout de même nous nous attendions à mieux même beaucoup mieux. Bref très mauvais rapport qualité prix je ne conseille pas cette appartement !

Excellent location. The goddess from the house was magical. There was a problem with moving to the center, because there were no bus stops nearby. However, the possibility that the country offers to move around by bicycle makes the area idyllic. The place was quite clean. We were particularly upset that there was not a bottle of water in our reception. The furniture was very worn with the result of leaving pieces of the leather on our clothes. The couch that is offered as a third bed.. was not ideal for sleeping. Having chosen a property rental company, I would like to see a better treatment of their visitors. And one last thing, some electrical appliances (toaster) were in very bad condition to the point of being unusable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour aux Pays-Bas. Le logement était idéalement situé entre Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leyden et la mer. Les enfants ont apprécié la vue sur la petite marina. Le tarif demandé nous a semblé très raisonnable. Nous recommandons ce pied à terre.

Positive: Der Blick auf das Wasser, zentrale Lage, geräumige Wohnung Negative: Die Sitzmöbel waren wirklich extrem abgenutzt. Die muss man austauschen!!! Eklig. Balkon hätte sauberer sein können. Brandmelder ist extrem sensibel. Wir hatten im Haus morgens gegen 6.00 Uhr Alarm nur weil jemand seinen Toaster angeschaltet hatte. Da ist etwas falsch eingestellt. Der Flug- und Bahnlärm sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden!!!

The apartment was more or less according to the photos. It definitely needs new furniture. The biggest problem is that the bathroom can only be entered from the bedroom, so if there are more than two of you, that is a problem (which is not mentioned anywhere). The location is OK, you can walk to the center of Leiden in 45 minutes or rent a bicycle, then it's 10-15 minutes. Free parking in front of the building. Who uses a car is in a great position because the roads to The Hague and Amsterdam are 3 minutes away, as well as the road to the coast.

We couldn’t relax on the balcony due to the many trains going over the nearby bridge. Toilet does not flush well.

Problemloser Check-in, alles sauber und gute Kommunikation. Um nach Leiden zu kommen ist man zwar mit dem Fahrrad/Auto schneller, aber zu Fuß ist man da auch in 40 min :) Kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Stühle im Essbereich und das Schlafsofa. Das Sofa ist eine Katastrophe und sollte nicht als Bett angeboten werden. Die Eisenfedern der Sofamatratze schmerzen beim Schlafen. Zudem ist die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet (geringer Bestand an Besteck und scharfen Messern). Außerdem war die ganze Küche nicht wirklich sauber. Die Aussicht und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren gut. Zudem ist man innerhalb von 10min mit dem Auto in Leiden.

The resort is in a perfect place. It was easy to get around. The flat definitely not for 4 people. The sofa bed is old and dirty and your body feels every spring in the mattress, very uncomfortable to sleep on. The sofa is only for 2 people and is very uncomfortable to sit on, so the other 2 people have to sit on an uncomfortable chair. . No oven in the flat, it has a small combi microwave but there isn't any oven-proof dish to cook on. There is a dishwasher but only 3 tablets left for a week's stay.

Positive: Leuke resort, handig en behalve het gemis van een extra slaapkamer voldeed het ruimschoots. Ter info, wij verblijven in een tijdsduur van ruim 1,5 maand in drie verschillende appartementen van het Kaag Resort. De reden voor Kaag Resort is met name de ligging en comfort qua ingerichte appartementen ter overbrugging van het feit dat onze eigen woning tijdelijk onbewoonbaar is. Ter info: gezien de last minute behoefte, was alleen nummer 20 nog beschikbaar. Negative: Eigenlijk niks, maar een extra huissleutel was handig geweest.

Warmond - a charming small town with a nice marina - Kaag Resort location OK
We had high expectations of our 6 day stay in Warmond after a week in the Belgian polderland. The descriptions and photography of Kaag Resort looked promising but don't tell the full story. Yes every apartment has a balcony looking at the marina, but it also looks at the railway line which has trains every 10 minutes at peak times but on the other side is an industrial estate which you have to drive through for access to the hotel site. The Kaag resort signage states that the resort is spacious, luxurious and stylish - the reality is that fittings are fairly basic, furniture is worn, cleanliness is not great and there is little to make the newly arrived guest feel welcome. Value for money is OK and the location is good for visits to Leiden, Den Haag / Scheveningen. We enjoyed our time in Warmond and in our opinion Kaag Resort is Fair and quite a long way from Good.
