    Do yourself a favour and stay here!! This stay is amazing! I highly recommend! The rooftop terrace is insanely beautiful, we spent most our time up here laying in the sun and cooking our meals! We would walk down to the beach (5 mins) for multiple swims throughout the day. The stay is the most perfect location. Close to everything but also you feel like you’re away from it all the second you walk through the little gorgeous streets to the stay. The staircase was a really cool feature that we loved! The beds were very comfortable. They left a bottle of wine and everything we needed for cooking (spices, oils, salts, herbs, the whole works). The terrace is even better than the photos look! Book this place asap it was awesome.

    Positive: clean , good location. great views. Negative: was unable to use the outside area for a couple of days due to next door’s chimney depositing a thick layer of soot all over . The toaster was tripping the electric so we didn’t use it .

    Absolutely loved staying in this cottage for our trip. Had all the essentials in the kitchen which meant we could do a load of washing and make some cups of tea. So much space (for the two of us), beds were really comfortable and the roof top was such a perk. Location is very central but nice and tucked away so you can’t hear any of the bars or restaurants. Also about 2 minutes walk to the beach!

    Great location! Right in the old town, and perfect location for bars, restaurants and beach! Be warned Albufeira is very hilly so there are slopes / steps to get to the property, plus steep steps inside, but aside from this very accessible. The BBQ, cooking facilities and house made for a perfect base for a weekend in Albufeira. Would return!

    Garbage was left almost full and smelling up the place. There were several stains on the sheets of both beds and on at least one of the pillows. They gave us 2 extra toilet paper rolls for 6 days... for two people They have a washer in the unit but don't include detergent?? When asked about it they said and I quote “About the washer detergent, I understand but if there is none left this is due to that the previous guest didn't buy new one. This is unfortunately not part of the package we offer at arrival.” So they provide a washing machine but you could only wash your clothes under the condition that you buy detergent yourself or if the previous guest is nice enough to leave one for you??? Doesn't sound like 300+dollars a night service to me. Rooftop had dust and debris everywhere, along with a broken umbrella. This place is not well-maintained nor is it hospitable. Its trash.. plain and simple. Hosts are inconsiderate and unreliable. Would not recommend.

    Estamos muy decepcionados con el sitio en general. Para empezar, cuando llegamos la dirección no estaba nada clara. Tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas hasta dar con el sitio porque al poner la ubicación en Maps nos llevaba a otro. También para aparcar está muy mal, ya que está en el centro del casco antiguo. La zona era muy céntrica y tranquila y si estás buscando una zona con mucho movimiento esa es la indicada. La casa nos ha parecido muy incómoda y había muchas hormigas. Lo peor de todo fueron los aires acondicionados. En toda la casa hay dos, uno en la habitación de la segunda planta que hacía mucho ruido y otro en el salón del primer piso que no echaba aire frío, cada 15 minutos se desconectaba y era muy ruidoso. Después de intentar arreglarlo por nuestra cuenta nos dimos cuenta de que estaba roto y al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria, nos decía que el chico de mantenimiento iba a venir y aun seguimos esperándole. Os podéis imaginar el calor que hacía en la casa con 40 grados.

    Very organised and pleasant host, the airbnb itself was fantastic and was bigger than expected once you considered its three stories plus the outside areas. Very nice location although very small sidewalks make it very difficult to access if your like us and walked from the bus. Other than that, amazing place, would definitely stay here again!

    The place was very nice and four girls fit in there well. The sofabed was bigger than we thought and all of us slept really well. The location was good for a beach vacation, so close to the beach and restaurants. It was very touristy neighbourhood, which was fine for us. Recommend for a relaxing holiday.

    Ein schöner Urlaub in dem AirBnb von Frau Leembruggen geht zu Ende. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und in der Altstadt. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Man erhielt unmittelbar eine Antwort und alle Anliegen wurden soweit möglich geklärt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dem AirBnb wärmstens empfehlen. :-)

    Positive: Absolutely adored my stay in this gem. With it's close proximity to the old town and the beach while still maintaining peace and tranquility. Wonderful view of the beach from the sun terrace, Really well equiped and designed for a short and longer term stay.. The personal touches that the owners have in place make this feell very homely. Loved the architectural style and bring alongside long term albuferian residents. They are very tolerant of tourists who we observed to forget that they are near to peoples homes. Of all the properties stayed in over a five week trip this was the best one by far.. Really spacious property for what is a small property on some levels Negative: Accommodation would' be more of a challenge for people with mobility difficulties with the three spiral staircases

    Couldn’t be in a better location. Our stay for a week was great. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen we were able to cook most meals. The rooftop made it one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed - completely private with an outdoor grill and table, we had dinner watching the sunset every night. We were in walking distance to the beach, hundreds of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. One of the nights we even (embarrassingly) locked ourselves on the roof… the local hosts responded to us within minutes and we’re at the door helping us within 20 minutes ! The location itself was not very busy so it was quiet at night. Only advice would be no young children or older adults as the spiral staircase could be hard for people who have trouble walking (it was completely fine for us though). Overall great stay and would come back!!

  65. El apartamento esta muy bien, pero el acceso en coche bastante mal

    Positive: Lo mejor es la ubicación porque el apartamento esta a 5 minutos andando de la playa y del centro. Negative: Lo peor es el acceso al apartamento porque es una calle peatonal en la que no se puede acceder con el coche, con lo cual hay que dejar el coche en doble fila descargar y luego irte a buscar aparcamiento que es bastante complicado encontrar en esa zona. Hay que pensarse muy bien en mover el coche porque luego es una locura poder volver a encontrar aparcamiento. En cuanto a los servicios del apartamento esta bastante bien, eso si, si llevas una maleta muy grande lo vas a tener bastante complicado para subirla porque la habitación esta arriba y por las escaleras de caracol el acceso no es muy bueno, y las escaleras son bastante estrechas. Y en relación a la terraza de arriba que tiene en la azotea con mesa y sillas le faltaría poner una sombrilla o un techado de madera o toldo porque es imposible estar ahí durante el día del calor que hace. También destacar como negativo los ruidos sobre todo por la mañana temprano por los gatos maullando, perros ladrando, y algunos vecinos hablando.
