The space
This modern, stylish 2-bedroom apartment is located just outside the city center of Lagos, in a newly built area that offers both luxury and comfort during your stay in the Algarve.
The apartment is situated on the third floor of the building, you can find the apartment door on the left side. As you enter, you’ll find the first bathroom on the right with a shower and toilet. Continuing down the hallway to the left, you’ll enter the living and dining room which is a peaceful environment with plenty of sunlight throughout most of the day. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located on the right in the living space and includes a dishwasher and washing machine, making your stay even more convenient. From the living room, you can access the spacious southwest-facing balcony, the perfect spot to unwind, whether you're enjoying a quiet read, sipping a glass of wine, or having a lovely family dinner at the end of the day.
Moving back down the hallway, on the right side, you’ll first come to the bedroom with two single beds offering comfortable sleeping arrangements, which also has access to the balcony. At the far end of the apartment, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and toilet, and direct access to the balcony.
With its perfect blend of modern comforts, spacious living areas, and a fantastic location, this apartment is the ideal choice for your next getaway in Lagos.

The neighborhood
The Marina area is about 5 minutes away and has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket. The accommodation is located on the other side of the street at the start of the main boulevard in Lagos.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical centre full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Getting around
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train, it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Uber's available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

The 2nd bedroom is very small, with 2 single beds pushed against the outside door, no space for suitcases or hanging space - better for one person or family, like us, we could cope - but not really for 2 couples.
We also would have appreciated compatible coffee pods, as every machine is different.

the beach accessories were a welcomed bonus.
the only reason I won't give it 5 stars is some of the sheets and pillow cases were seriously stained... very visible yellow on them.

Rental Valley was very responsive to all our communications.
Upon arrival, Carolina took the time to explain how the appliances worked as they are different from the ones we know and own.
The environment is safe and also within walking distance to several grocery stores. You really don’t need a car to travel to the neighbouring towns as the city transportation is abundant and efficient.
In addition, the apartment is located practically across from the marina where it is pleasant to walk at any time of day.
We would definitely rent here again.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen und man ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Auch die nahegelegenen Strände und Lebensmittelmärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The location is perfect, it has a supermarket, restaurants and the historical center walking distance.
Carolina received us for the check in. She was super friendly and give us some recommendations about the beaches.
It has garage but we found spots for parking right in front of the building.

eingerichtet. Das Highlight war der große Balkon.
Es war alles da, was man braucht.
Parkplatz war vor dem Haus gut zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung war nur wenige Meter vom Hafen
entfernt und etwa 15 Minuten Laufweg von der Altstadt
weg.
Auch wenn eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war, wäre
es schön gewesen, ein Wechselhandtuch und auch
zweites Geschirrtuch zu haben.

Very loud neighbors who unfortunately either started fighting or listening to TV loudly almost every day around 7am :( We couldn't have a proper rest because of this.
In the en suite bathroom the shower head is a bit uncomfortable as only works in a jet mode.
When it's cold and windy outside the apartment gets super cold too, as it doesn't have heating system and has ventilation gaps in the kitchen that cools down the whole apartment.

Die Anreise war vollkommen problemlos, vor der Reise haben wir alle nötigen Unterlagen (Adresse, Hausordnung, Anreiseinformationen etc.) von Rental Valley zugesendet bekommen. Am Tag der Anreise hatten wir Kontakt mit Andreea, die schon auf uns gewartet und bei späteren Rückfragen stets schnell geantwortet hat. Hier nochmals ein großes Dankeschön.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in der nähe des Hafens ca. 5 Gehminuten und ca. 1 Minute zur Promenade, die sich weit bis zur Innenstadt (ca. 10 Gehminuten) erstreckt. Der Strand befindet sich etwa 15min weit entfernt.
Wer sich überlegt eine Auszeit zu gönnen oder aus Lagos Remote zu Arbeiten macht mit dem Apartment nichts falsch. Eine sehr gute Internetleitung, ein großer geräumiger Tisch, sowie ein sehr großer Balkon mit Tisch und Sonnenstunden, damit kann das Apartment punkten.
Das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche zur Selbstversorgung, sowie 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder runden die ganze Wohnung hervorragend ab.
Alles in Allem auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!
