Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone passionate about water!
Your apartment is spacious (70m2 living), bright, and completely private on the first floor. You will have 1 bedroom with comfortable boxsprings, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a 40m2 open plan living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bathroom and toilet are separate and you have a private balcony (10m2) that overlooks the marina and the water.

The neighborhood
The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.
The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.
This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!
Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.
Getting around
You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Location is Great, the accommodation is between Leiden and Amsterdam. It is cozy, nice, calm place with picturesque surroundings. I strongly recommend this place especially if you have a car (in our case we rented a car). The flat is big with nice view. There are all the necessities you wish except hairdryer (that made me confused). Despite of this fact that overall I really liked the place, there are peculiarities that shocked me, one face towel was absolutely padded. I can't image host leave it to us. This made me so angry with host. Also pillow was tangled and very uncomfortable. Curtains in one bedroom was very spotted (blood?). If host pay attention to these problems, the accommodation will be superb.

Wir hatten das Appartment mit der großen Terrasse, ideal für Silvester. Der Wasserkocher war kaputt, wurde sehr schnell ersetzt ohne Komplikationen. Angenehm waren die beiden Bäder mit Toiletten. Für 2 Paare ideal. Eines der beiden Doppelzimmer war sehr klein. Es passten gerade die zwei Betten und ein Schrank hinein, das war nicht angenehm für 2 Paare.

Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt super. Es war etwas schade, dass man die Einzelbetten nicht zusammenschieben konnte, sodass ich das Apartment nicht für 2 Paare empfehlen würde. Das Appartement war an sich auch sauber, allerdings ist der Vorhang im großen Schlafzimmer übersät mit Blutflecken, was wir ziemlich unangenehm fanden. Das Besteck war auch teilweise dreckig, wofür der Host aber erstmal nichts kann, da wir als Gäste darauf hingewiesen worden es sauber zu hinterlassen. In der Dusche waren auch einige hartnäckig Flecken die eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen könnten. Ansonsten war das Appartement aber schön und wohnlich. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war auch schnell und reibungslos!

Als je op zoek bent naar een locatie waar je 3 aparte ruimtes hebt om te kunnen slapen, kan dat niet veel goedkoper en keurig dan deze optie. De locatie is wat wonderlijk op een bedrijventerrein, maar dat kan in de zomer misschien anders zijn als er wat meer activiteit op het water is en het grote balkon tot zijn recht komt. Leiden is wel dichtbij, wanneer je een (ov) fiets hebt. De inrichting van het huis is ook wat wonderlijk, zeer minimaal en grote open ruimtes. De douches zijn top, en is verder weinig op de woning af te dingen.

De locatie en de ruimte Het appartement heeft onderhoud nodig. Veel lampen zowel in het appartement als in het trappenhuis zijn kapot. Het trappenhuis is donker. Keukenafvoer loopt niet goed door. Ook mag de inrichting vh appartement wat aandacht (oude hoofdkussens, ongezellige inrichting). Verder zijn de meeste voorzieningen aanwezig.

Communication with Casamundo was very bad. The questions by mail were friendly answered but looked like standard-answers and the information was very unclear to me. First I got a German (0049?) phone number that wasn't correct (Neem contact op via WhatsApp voor klantenservice onderweg: +494029996623?). At the end it took 2 days before I received an answer! Casamundo also asked in the mail for a deposit of €300? After we got from Casamundo the number of Rental Valley we got the right information from Alvaro. He explained us everything on the phone very well and send us a clear mail with all information.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Umgebung ruhig und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Kanal und die Boote.
Die Terasse ist sehr groß , die Wohnung ist auch sehr groß und man hat genug Platz . Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn, die Türen schließen sehr laut und die Nachbarn haben ständig auf der Terasse geraucht ( auch Cannabis) und der Rauch zog immer rüber zu uns so das man nicht auf der Terasse sitzen konnte und die Terassentür geöffnet lassen konnte

Die Größe der Wohnung Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, an der Gardine, auf dem Lampenschirm und auf den Telleruntersetzern. Es hing kein einziges Bild an den Wänden. Im Wohnzimmer hat man auf eine sehr große nackte Wand geschaut. Die Wohnung hat seltsam gerochen.

Sehr schöne Lage an einem kleinen Hafen. Morgens und abends Sonne auf der Terrasse. Kühle Wohnung. Es waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Ein paar defekte an Elektrogeräten, z.B. es funktionierten nicht alle Herdplatten und die Dunstabzugshaube. Die Schubladen im Schlafzimmer waren ausgehängt

Fabelagtig beliggenhed med kæmpe tagterrasse med den bedste udsigt ud over kanaler og lystbådehavn. Lejligheden var til gengæld slidt, låger hang og flere døre bandt. Til udlejning dog ok. Masser af støj fra tog, både og fly, men alt i alt et godt sted. Vi kommer gerne igen. Støj, slidt lejlighed, dårligt udstyret køkken.
