Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Terrasse mit dem Meerblick ist das absolute Highlight der Wohnung. Das beschriebene Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster haben wir nicht genutzt, aber in dem Raum war die ganze Zeit leider ein unangenehmer Geruch, sodass die Tür bei uns immer geschlossen blieb. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer mit dem Fenster ließ sich leider garnicht schließen, auch anlehnen war kaum möglich. Scheinbar hat sich die Tür durch Feuchtigkeit massiv verzogen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, insbesondere wegen der traumhaften Terrasse und der Umgebung.

Der Ort ist super schön und die Aussicht einfach wunderbar, wir würden wieder kommen.
Positive: Die Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön, der Blick ist ein Traum! Negative: Leider riecht es etwas muffig und die Betten waren etwas klamm. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht richtig.

Man landet im Westen von Portugal zwischen den zwei kleinen, noch recht ursprünglichen kleinen Orten Salema und Burgau. Restaurants in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Nette Strände. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat eine tolle Terasse und heizt sich nicht auf, weil sie im Souterrain liegt. Was uns nicht klar war, unsere Tochter aber nicht gestört hat, ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster! Im Wesentlichen ist die Wohnung recht ruhig, wenn nebenan geduscht wird, hört man das aber deutlich. Würde ich ingesamt aber noch mal buchen.

We enjoyed our stay, how quiet it was, and the amount of space we had. The instructions checking-in are very clear and easy to follow. Having a parking space was convenient. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy drive away. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The location made it easy for us to go on day hikes in the west and east. And the view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely :)

The place is nice and newly renovated. The apartment had everything we needed, but we only slept there and didn’t spend much time. Downside already mentioned one room doesn’t have a window or aircon (heating). The door of the other room didn’t close properly, but we reached out to the host and they will hopefully have fixed it by now. It’s a nice location with an amazing view.

Overall this apartment stay ruined our holiday: - no hot water for the first 3 days - one bedroom was so damp it was like sleeping in a cave - the bathroom sink was blocked ( a problem other people have commented on) - the shower was blocked and could not be used as it flooded the bathroom (a problem other people have commented on) - the bedroom door was swollen with the damp and once shut could not be reopened easily - the description of the apartment is inaccurate : 1. There has been no dishwasher available for months 2. There are three apartments and only 2 parking spaces so off road parking is not always available 3 the second bedroom is a cave - it only has light bricks, no window (not just one that doesn’t open per the description) there is no aircon or heating in the room so you would need to sleep with the door open For all the issues the rental company offered compensation of EUR 80 … around the cost of half a days stay which is completely unreasonable.

Inconvenient, but the view is the only thing that was good about our stay.
Positive: One good thing about the property is the terrace and the location. Negative: The apartment is not thought out, its very inconvenient. One of the bedrooms has no windows, no AC and the en-suite extractor (the extractors pipe is coming out in to the hallway) isn’t working, after living there for 3 days, everything started smelling and it was dump, the smell was getting so intense that we contacted costumer support, which wasn’t very helpful, they were requesting pictures of the windows that are missing from the room ( they don’t even know what properties they advertise:(). We were told that someone will come over to fix the extractor and change the sheets and the towels (at extra charge), however we have explained that its not our fault nothing works in that house. There was also no bin liners and hand soap running out and very little toilet paper. There was no washing machine at the property, which is unacceptable for a self catering apartment of this type, you have beach towels and clothing that needs to be washed every other day, so a washing machine is a must. In the living room they have a very very very noisy sofa, that wakes up everyone. This apartment is made out of a big villa split into little apartments, the isolation is terrible, you can hear the neighbours even when they whisper. The parking is for only 2 cars even though there are so many apartments and the location its not walking distance, you definitely need a car to get to town which is about 6 min drive or 20 min to the beach . Check-out terms are also very strict: dishwasher empty(even though they have no dishwashers), dishes cleaned and dried out and the bins emptied( the closest bins are around 10 min walk from the property which is not ideal either. Its not worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay. It matched the description to the original posting (minus the dishwasher which was removed and not replaced at the time of our stay). It was a wonderful experience for my first time in the Algarve (Budens) Region ♥️🇵🇹

Beautiful accommodation with great sea view, but with a few problems.
The apartment was beautiful, had a great location and the view was definitely worth its price. The furnishing of the apartment was simple but completely sufficient, however, the dishwasher was missing in the kitchen which was not previously visible in the pictures. For this reason, we often had to leave dishes in the kitchen, which is why we had quite a few ants. Unfortunately, the wifi has not really worked well, again and again you had to reconnect on the phone or you had the bad luck and it has not connected for a while. The view on the terrace was a dream as well as the bathroom and the beds. Also in the kitchen everything worked fine and we would love to come back when the problems were fixed.

Positive: Sehr schöne Lage für alle, die lieber etwas abgeschiedener und ruhiger untergebracht sein möchten. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse bis aufs Meer. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Auf der Terrasse sind Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Tisch zum essen. Top! Hat uns super gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Negative: Das Sofa sieht schön aus, ist aber eher unbequem und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Das ist schon alles, was wir zu bemängeln hatten.

Eigentlich schönes Apartment in toller Lage, aber Vorsicht: Im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es weder Fenster noch Klimaanlage, die Luft ist entsprechend sehr schlecht! Dies war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung in keiner anderen Rezession erwähnt. Wir mussten 2 Wochen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Boden schlafen, eine Erstattung wurde vom Vermieter abgelehnt. Sonstige Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche für 4 Personen eher spärlich aber ok.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick! Die Terasse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren auch sehr unkompliziert. Missverständnisse gab es aber bezüglich der Adresse: die auf Airbnb hinterlegte Adresse war nicht korrekt. Die korrekte Adresse wurde zwar direkt nach der Buchung mitgeteilt - aber eben erst danach. die Wohnung liegt ca. 2km außerhalb von Burgau und ist nur mit PKW erreichbar. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet nut mehr Besteck hätten wir uns gewünscht. Das größte Manko der Wohnung: das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster und als einziger Raum auch keine Klimaanalge. Dadurch war es dort sehr feucht und unmöglich zu lüften. Das haben wir den Anbietern auch mitgeteilt. Außerdem wichtig zu wissen, wenn man in einer Gruppe reist: die Türen konnte man nur schwer und teilweise sogar gar nicht schließen. Das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Terrasse hat aber Vieles wieder wettgemacht.

Positive: La terraza. El silencio de la zona. La cercanía a distintos puntos de interés. Poder ir andando a una playa increíble. Lo espacioso que es el apartamento. Se descansa muy bien. Negative: No estaba especificada la clave wifi ni se informó anticipadamente, y en el alojamiento no hay ni cobertura ni datos. Una habitación no tiene ventana al exterior, y el baño tiene cierto olor a tubería en determinados momentos. No hay horno. Quizás retrasaría la hora de las 10 del checkout. Hay que dejar el apartamento siguiendo unas normas de recogida estrictas (como dejar el lavavajillas vacío, recogido y todo limpio en sus muebles entre otras).

A comunicação com os clientes deveria de ter em conta que estamos em Portugal e que os clientes não têm que saber falar inglês! Quanto ao resto tudo bem!

tolles Airbnb in traumhafter Lage. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick, super bequeme Betten und alles was da Herz begehrt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die umliegenden Städte und Strände sehr schnell. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abgelaufen ist und auch nicht repariert wurde, obwohl uns eine Reparatur zugesagt wurde. Duschen war in diesem Bad leider nicht möglich.

Schönes, großzügiges, helles und modernes Appartement in Top-Lage. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut sowohl die West- als auch die Südalgarve erkunden. Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
