The space
This newly renovated studio for 2 is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. Everything you will need is close to this place. The beach and lively boulevard are within 150 meters of walking distance. As well as the train station with direct connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam.
The studio is stylishly decorated. It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a comfortable double bed (160x200).
Guest access
The corridor and stairs are shared with guests from the apartment, but beyond that, the studio is all yours during your stay for optimal privacy and space.

The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Etwas verwirrt waren wir bei der Ankunft, da man die Treppe hochgehen muss, obwohl das "welcome" schild etwas anderes vermuten lässt und der Parkplatz nur anhand von Informationen innerhalb der Wohnung zu finden ist, weshalb man erst in die Wohnung und dann zum Parkplatz sollte.
Dennoch eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in einer super lage, da alles (vom nahversorger bis zur Bahn) in angenehmer fußreichweite liegt.

Der Parkplatz ist leider mit den vorab gegebenen Informationen nicht zu finden, in der Wohnung liegt jedoch eine genaue Anleitung - daher erst zur Wohnung fahren, dann den Parkplatz suchen.

Leider ist das Badezimmer sehr klein und für große Menschen ist die Nutzung der Toilette sehr schwierig, da direkt gegenüber die Wand ist. Mein Freund hatte nur wenige Zentimeter platz.
Die Karte für die Mülleimer mussten wir lange suchen.

Die Wegbeschreibung müsste nochmal optimiert werden, denn wir haben die Unterkunft nicht direkt finden können. Der Google Maps Link ist nicht genau genug. Zudem wäre es hilfreich, zu ergänzen, dass die Wohnung in der ersten Etage ist, um unnötiges Ausprobieren der Tür im Erdgeschoss zu vermeiden. Eine Wegbeschreibung zum Parkplatz gab es nicht.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist ausreichend. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden. Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen fanden wir nicht sehr bequem.

Was uns allerdings enttäuscht hat und was leider nicht klar in der Beschreibung war, ist dass auf derselben Etage eine weitere Wohnung liegt, die wohl privat genutzt wird. Das hat zu einigen unangenehmen Situationen geführt, da wir uns dadurch etwas eingeschränkt gefühlt haben.
Die Anreise verlief reibungslos, der Schlüsselkasten funktionierte einwandfrei. Leider begannen jedoch am Montagmorgen ab 7/8 Uhr Bauarbeiten an den Fenstern des Hauses, die unglaublich laut und störend waren. Wir wurden darüber nicht informiert und fanden es äußerst ärgerlich. Wenn ich für eine Unterkunft bezahle, erwarte ich, dass ich morgens nicht von Lärm geweckt werde, der einer Baustelle ähnelt.

Єдине, чого не вистачило, на самому будинку не було номера, тому трішки поблудила спочатку. Бо на першому поверсі вже були гості і біля будинку було припаркове авто. Тому я не одразу здогадалась піідйти впритул до дверей, де і побачила номер будинку. Якби в інструкцію додати ще фото самого будинку з вулиці, було б ідеально)

Direkte Nähe zu einem tollen Restaurant namens Bistro und für die, die es mögen 2 coffeeshops nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.
Zum Bahnhof geht es ebenfalls sehr schnell zu Fuß. Von dort fährt der Zug halbstündlich nach Amsterdam, eine entspannte und einfache Verbindung.

Its not to fare from Amsterdam and it so Easy and not expensive to get there. (Only 30 minutes by train whitch is going every 20 minutes, only for 6 Eurs one way) ..

Sehr unpersönlich, obwohl reichlich Parkplätze vor dem Haus ungenutzt waren, durften wir dort nicht parken !
Haustür Schloss war defekt und wurde trotz Aufforderung nicht repariert, wir mussten bis zu 20 Minuten probieren bis sich die Tür öffnen ließ.
Kein Duschgel/Shampoo vorhanden.

Das Zimmer ist klein, wenig Platz für Klamotten/Koffer. Kein Parkplatz mehr inklusive, wie es einmal war. Sonst hätte man die Koffer im Auto lassen können. Nächster freier Parkplatz ca. 1 km, es war sehr voll. Das Vorderhaus wird aktuell saniert, Baucontainer direkt vor dem Eingang.

Ungepflegtes Grundstück am Haus. Baustelle im Untergeschoss incl. Container im Hauseingang. Sehr steile Treppe zum Appartment im 1. Geschoss. Eine Fensterseite im 1Raumappartment nicht zu öffnen, da nicht vorgesehen. Keine einzelnen Bettdecken für ein grosses Bett, sondern eine grosse Decke für 2 Personen. Fehlende Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badehandtücher im Badezimmer, sowie in der Küche für Geschirrhandtücher. Wenig Ablagefläche für Hygieneartikel im Bad.

Wir hatten das Zimmer gebucht, weil ein Parkplatz inklusiv sein sollte. Das war es aber nicht. Wir haben im empfohlenen Parkhaus geparkt. Fußweg ca. 10-15 Minuten und 25€ für eine Woche. Jetzt im Januar war es dort sehr leer, aber im Sommer hätte man da evtl. doch paar Probleme, wenn man vorher keinen Parkplatz reserviert. Vorher reservieren ging aber aus Deutschland leider nicht.

Fijn bed, mooi keukenblok en badkamer met alle faciliteiten. Bedlinnen en handdoeken netjes/voldoende.
Gratis parkeerkaart voor P Zuid.
Al met al waren wij zeker tevreden, vooral doordat de kamer gerenoveerd was en eruit zag zoals op de foto's. In Zandvoort kom je ook veel gedateerde studio's tegen.
De studio ligt op de bovenwoning die er wel beetje gedateerd uitziet. Dat geldt voor de hele straat eigenlijk
Maar heb je verder geen last van, geen invloed op de beoordeling.
Contact gaat via een verhuurbureau, die adequaat en snel reageren.
Weliswaar gratis parkeerplek maar die ligt wel op 10 min lopen. Geen probleem, wel handig om te weten.
Prijs aan de hoge kant, maar niet onoverkomelijk.
