The neighborhood
You are in the middle of the popular resort of Albufeira which has something for everybody. If the lively strip is not for you, then why not try the Old Town, which has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history with the beautiful church of St Anne's and the old statue of St Michael.
The old Town also has two beaches which you can access by escalator down the cliff face. There are plenty of shops for souvenirs and many bars and restaurants to choose from.
If you want to stay local, you have a small supermarket, cafes and bars within walking distance of the apartment. You are also on the local bus service route to take you into Albuferia, or if you want to go further afield, you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.
You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. There are also two water parks around a 20-minute drive from the apartment.
Getting around
You can quickly get around on foot or use public transport or a taxi/uber to travel around Town. A hire car is recommended if you wish to explore the larger Algarve area. Parking in old Town Albufeira is challenging. Therefore we recommend you use one of the parking areas on the city's outskirts and walk or take a taxi from there.

Rental agency were great at checking us in and being flexible on check out.
Pool isn’t heated but we confirmed this before we booked so not a problem but worth noting if you have young kids.

Alles lekker modern schoon en veilig door afgesloten hek en makkelijk parkeren in garage
Top locatie lekker rustig en een fijn onthaal wat ook soepel en gezellig verliep.
Dikke plus dat weinig overleg al vroeg in het appartement konden.

A pre-existing condition had to be addressed by the host while we were there which impacted our full enjoyment during our stay. We appreciate the effort taken to address our concern. Hopefully it is corrected for future guests.

Note that the rental operates with a local host to check you in and is there for any issues - the local host requested we communicate via Whats App but we preferred to not communicate outside the Airbnb app based off of some bad past experiences with this and that it goes against Airbnb’s guidelines, but note there is no way to communicate with the local host if you don’t communicate outside the app. It wasn’t a big issue at all for us so I wouldn’t let it deter you but the local host seemed a bit upset about it upon check in.

O que mais nos chamou atenção foi o fato de não haver privacidade no apartamento porque é de frente para área comum do prédio e não havia cortinas. A única maneira de ter alguma privacidade era fechar as portas de vidro e as postas de metal q transformava o apartamento em um bunker. Causando uma sensação claustrofóbica. Muito ruim.
Não há tV nos quartos .
TV DA sala é muito pequena.

We were welcomed in very friendly and timely manner by one of the staff of Rental Valley.
We liked that there were some toys for the kids to take to the beach which is just a 5 min walk and which can be seen from the terrace.
There is a parking space in the garage which was very convenient too.
The only thing that caused some irritation every now and then (and which is out of the influence of the owner and Rental Valley) is a manhole cover in the middle of the street
that creates noise when cars driving past hit it.
Definitely recommend this place nevertheless!

Es ist alles genau wie auf den Bildern, eine wunderschöne Einrichtung mit, vor allem auch optisch, hochwertigen Möbeln. Der Einrichtungsstil, das Geschirr, die Dekoration und auch die Handtücher alles im Detail wunderschön, stimmig und modern.
Die Küche ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Von der Zitronenpresse, über den Kontaktgrill bis zum Smoothiemaker. Leider haben wir uns sehr schwer getan die tolle Küche zu nutzen, da maximal zwei Geräte laufen konnten. Sobald zwei Herdplatten an waren und man den Dunstabzug angemacht hat, war der Strom weg und das in sämtlichen Konstellationen. Rental Valley hat schnell reagiert und einen Handwerker geschickt.
Die Lage war toll, direkt am Meer,fußläufig vom Lidl entfernt und ein Fitnesspark war auch schnell zu erreichen.
Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort.
Im ganzen eine schöne und neue Anlage, sehr zu empfehlen.
WLAN war nicht auf 4 Geräte ausgelegt
