The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks, to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is close by and primarily within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip?
Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling on the beach, those are two significant areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain biking around the race track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can quickly get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its train station, which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Die Vermieter haben schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und waren sehr freundlich.
Der Balkon war mit vier Stühlen und einem Tisch ausgestattet. Perfekt um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, ist, dass es nicht so sauber war. Z.b Flecken und vertrocknete Verschmutzung an Möbelstücken.
Wir würden dennoch wieder kommen! :)

Bei dem Apartment handelte es sich um ein Durchgangsapartment, d.h. dass die Gäste aus dem oberen Studio jederzeit durch unser Apartment laufen konnten. Bad und Küche konnten wir beim Verlassen des Apartments nicht abschließen. Selbst der Vermieter stand während wir uns umzogen, bei uns im Zimmer!!! Hätten wir ein Hostel gewollt, hätten wir eins gebucht! Preis für dieses „offene“ Apartement völlig unangebracht!

Zur Wohnung: das die Mieter der oberen Wohnung durch unsere Flur musste n, war nicht so toll. Dies hatte n wir nur in einer anderen Bewertungs gelesen, daher Punktabzug. Weiter hat ein Aufenthaltsraum gefehlt, denn bei schlechtem Wetter,kann man sich nur auf Barhocker in der Küche setzen oder auf die Betten legen...wir waren nur kurz da,daher war es okay, aber für eine Familie nicht zu empfehlen.

Für Menschen, die steile Treppen nicht gut gehen können ist es nicht geeignet. Wir dachten ein Appartement gebucht zu haben, letztlich war es ein Flur mit abgehenden Zimmern. Über uns wurde auch vermietet, diese Personen trifft man dann evtl. auf dem Weg zum Bad oder zur Küche. Diese Beschreibung hätte ich mir gewünscht. Bad und Küche konnte man nicht abschließen, da hatten alle Mieter des Hauses zutritt.

Man skal blot lige være opmærksom på, at der ikke er gode parkeringsmuligheder ved ejendommen , men man finder betalingsparkering i næste gade. Desuden går lejer af studio ovenpå gennem gangarealet til lejligheden (trappen findes der).

Der Angehörige der Familie Zwinkels hat sehr lange zugesehen, bis er uns geholfen hat.
Wir hatten Probleme den Schlüsselsafe zu öffnen und er war sichtlich genervt.

Emplacement central ( proche gare / plage / commerces )
La description n’est pas correcte , il ne s’agit pas d’un appartement mais de deux chambres fermant à clé + 1 salle de bains et une cuisine qui ne ferment pas à clé et qui donnent sur un couloir partagé avec le studio du dessus . En gros à chaque fois que les locataires du studio veulent rentrer ou sortir du studio ils doivent passer par le couloir de votre appartement , Zéro intimité, ne sortez surtout pas de la douche nu pour aller dans votre chambre .
Ce n’est mentionné nulle part dans l’annonce et quand on pose des questions via booking on nous prend pour des débiles et nous disant que c est un appartement normal comme un autre . Non, je suis désolé, mais quand je suis dans un appartement normal je ne croise pas mes voisins .
Quand on considère ce détail « caché » le rapport qualité / prix est mauvais

They should say,' Our wifi is terrible, and we dont care - there is no Netflix so dont bother - our' bot' service will waste your time for 24hrs until you conclude, we dont care - PS, a woman can walk into your room at any time - thankyou for the money - we dont care about your stay'
The host-or whoever runs this property is not available.
This feels like a family house and is sold as such but then there is a faceless company running it, they even ask you to dispose of the bins outside at the end of our stay.
The problem was when a woman walked into our room an hour after we arrived and politely excused herself - we didnt know who it was... this wasnt explained to us, like- 'there may be a woman walking into your room'. Naturually we contacted the property to ask if we were sharing with anyone else as there was the 'room at the top of the stairs' that was not accessible to us, so perhaps that meant it was occupied and lived in or booked by someone else. therefore are we sharing the bathroom? This wasnt stipulated - the booking.com contact was equally surprised there was anyone in the house and thought it might be 'another guest' who wandered in, this is when you start thinking if the 'person' you are talking to is a 'bot' as any communication seemed to default to generic phrases that ended in zero resolution. There was no wifi to speak of... the problem was, we were led to believe there was. That began a whole waste of time communicating with the 'bot' who runs the property asking for photos of the display on the TV for Netflixdutch which it claimed we had - and did I try to reset the router (which we did) and then ended with some generic phrase after 24h going to all this trouble like, ' unfortunately there is nothing we can do to resolve this issue at this time' the most infuriating 'bot' answer you could possibly have when trying to resolve something like this.

Proche de la gare, mais aussi des commerces
La description est mensongère et les photos n’êtes pas à comprendre le bien
En effet, il y a deux chambres, une cuisine et une salle de bain, le tout sur un petit couloir qui est traversé par les occupants du studio au-dessus. En aucun cas, celui-ci représente un appartement.
De plus, il n’y a même pas un endroit pour se poser, hormis les chambres
Vous disposez dans les chambres de table pour déjeuner … et dans la cuisine de quatre tables façon bar du TGV pour prendre son café
Je louais et « appartement » pour passer un peu de temps le soir et notamment pour dîner …
De plus, vous sortez de votre douche, et vous vous retrouver nez à nez avec les locataires du dessus qui sont toutes aussi gêné que vous … la seule personne qui n’était pas gêné, c’était la propriétaire ! Un bien loué trop cher car ce n’est pas un appartement

Had no WiFi the entire time and was unable to check it upon arrival. That was a problem since we depended on having WiFi to stay in touch with family at home.
The friendly neighbor upstairs helped us figure out the coffee maker,
would have been nice to see some kind of instruction laying close by.

Die auszicht, das der Vermieter nicht vor Ort war. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
Haare im Kühlschrank. Die duschblende war defekt.
Schmutzige Handtücher. Haarföhn war defekt.
Es war nur 1 Rolle Toilet Papier vorhanden.

This property is shared with strangers. It is not your own private dwelling for your stay. NOWHERE is this mentioned in the listing or description. To arrive and find out that there is another room above us that shared our hallway, landing and stairs is a disgrace for £2550 for the 3 nights that we paid!!!! This is false advertising and ruined our weekend and experience in Zandvoort. To have strangers walking past your bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and having to lock our bedrooms from the inside as well as my Son's bedroom is a joke!! I can only describe this as very similar to student accommodation. This needs advertising correctly so people know what they are going to get. I would not recommend staying here whatsoever, especially if you consider yourself vulnerable and in hindsight, we would of stayed in Amsterdam as there were much cheaper options available for the Grand Prix weekend and the train is about 10 euros each return to the circuit.
On the day of leaving, another person let themselves in who I can only assume was the proprietor, (they didn't say who they were and to be honest I didn't care as I was just about to leave) and asked me what all the banging noise was upstairs, as if it was us!!! I explained it was coming from the workmen next door and had been going off since 8am. Whoever she was, she was very rude!!
I registered a complaint as soon as I got there and opened up a case for compensation. Unfortunately as it was Grand Prix weekend, we had no other option but to stay. So we literally just slept there, locked in our rooms at night and checking all clear when leaving bathroom in a morning!! So to summarise If you like youth hostels and getting ripped off this will be right up your street!!!! :((((( SORT IT OUT BOOKING.COM

Les occupants du logement du dessus pouvaient passer devant nos chambres et notre cuisine (très petite), ce qui manquait d'intimité et n'était pas mentionné dans ce descriptif mensonger...
Le prix scandaleux (736 euros pour 3nuits) pour les prestations et la superficie du logement.

Es ist keine abgeschlossene Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Bad und Küche sind offen für jeden zugänglich, sodass es unangenehm ist, seine privaten Kosmetikartikel etc. im Bad stehen zu lassen. Gäste des Studios müssen durch den gleichen unverschlossenen Flur. Es ist nicht angenehm morgens und abends anderen Gästen auf dem Flur zu begegnen, wenn man vom Duschen oder der Toilette kommt. Keinerlei Intimität, was bei der Buchung leider nicht erwähnt wird und auf den Bildern auch nicht zu sehen ist.

Appartement würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht nennen. Es gibt ein Bad, eine kleine Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem kleinen Balkon. Einen Wohnraum gibt es leider nicht. Bei schlechtem Wetter sehr ungünstig. Außerdem müssen die Mieter der oberen Wohnung durch diese Unterkunft gehen, um ihre Räumlichkeiten zu erreichen. Es kann also passieren, dass man aus der Dusche kommt und ein fremder Mensch vor einem steht.

1) Angeboten wurde das Objekt als "Apartment Zwinkels mit Garage". Das wurde inzwischen zwar geändert, war für uns aber dennoch sehr ärgerlich. Das Parken in Zandvoort ist sehr teuer!
2) Im 2. Stock wird noch ein Studio vermietet. Die Menschen laufen dabei durch dasselbe Treppenhaus und durch den kleinen Flur, der die Küche, die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer verbindet. Das geht bei 200 € pro Nacht überhaupt nicht! Dann kann ich auch ein Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge buchen.
3) Zusammensitzen oder gemeinsam essen ist nicht möglich. Dafür ist alles viel zu klein.
In der kleinen Küche sitzt man nebeneinander, wie die Hühner auf der Stange.

Da es leider kein Gemeinschaftszimmer gibt, muss man sich an den Tischen in den jeweiligen Zimmern einfinden oder zum Essen in der Küche an dem Tresen. Ist aber auch okay. Zum Kochen war alles gut vorhanden.
Wir waren sehr verwundert als in unserem Urlaub weitere Gäste kamen, da in der Beschreibung steht, dass man die Wohnung für sich alleine hat. Allerdings gibt es noch ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage. Daher haben die anderen Gäste den Flur auf unserer Etage mit genutzt. Die Besitzer des Hauses haben im EG gewohnt.
Die WLAN-Verbindung war etwas schlecht. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und schmal. War aber für uns kein Problem.
Alles in Allem hatten wir einen super Urlaub und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen

Leider handelte es sich hier nicht um ein Appartement sondern um zwei Gästezimmer mit Bad und Küche auf dem Flur. Der Flur wurde natürlich von allen Gästen genutzt, somit keine wirkliche Privatsphäre. Leider war dies weder uns noch den anderen Gästen- die aber zumindest im oberen Appartement keinen Durchgangsverkehr hatten - bekannt und meiner Meinung nach wurde dies auch nicht in der Beschreibung auf Booking.com deutlich gemacht, es sei denn, ich habe einen entscheidenden Hinweis überlesen. Wäre mir dies vorher bekannt gewesen hätte ich mich gegen diese Unterkunft entschieden. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht.

Der Flur der Wohnung ist ebenfalls der Durchgang für die Wohnung darüber. Auf dem Weg zur Toilette kann man auch mal den Nachbarn begegnen. Das ging aus der Beschreibung der Wohnung leider nicht hervor. Zudem musste das gesamte Geschirr nochmals gespült werden, da es noch dreckig war.

1 Stern Abzug wegen schlechter Internetverbindung (reißt immer wieder ab, manchmal kein Netz) und dass der Durchgang zur darüberliegenden Wohnung durch den Flur führt.
Wer damit leben kann, wird sich sehr wohl fühlen!

Angeboten wird ein Apartment. Vorgefunden haben wir zwei abschließbare Schlafzimmer. Über den Flur, von dem unsere Schlafzimmer, die Küche und das Bad zu erreichen waren, liefen andere Gäste, um in das darüber liegende Studio zu gelangen. Die Küche war nicht abschließbar. Es ist keine abgeschlossene Wohnung!!!!
Das W-LAN ist ganz schlecht. Zwei Mal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Anlage zur Warmwasserbereitung musste von der Verwalterfirma wieder angeschaltet werden.
