  7. Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Zeit und das ganz in der Nähe von Leiden, Haarlem und dem Meer.

    Positive: Modern, geräumig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Negative: Küchengeschirr war nicht wirklich sauber. Ein Teil davon war ungewaschen un der Spühlmachen. Bedienungsanleitung für Waschmachine und Backofen/Mikrowelle fehlte.

    Griffe der Küchenmöbel unsauber, mit Schmutz behaftet, Fenster getrübt, Bestuhlung zu 50% abgewetzt, ebenso die CouchArmlehnen, vernobbt, alte Kissen, Fugen der Terrasse unsauber und auch Topfpflanze vertrocknet und mit hohem Unkraut bewachsen. Der Staubsauger verbreitete beim Gebrauch vor unserer Abreise einen ekligen Geruch. In den Räumen haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Zum Glück konnten wir immer draußen Frühstücken. Wir waren in App. 3, angeblich gleicher Standard, umgesiedelt.

    Mein Aufenthalt war ok, jedoch ich möchte es nicht kommentieren. Mir wurde Wohnung 3 im Erdgeschoss angeboten, aber dann ohne vorheriger Absprache, wurde mir wohnung 10 zugeteilt. Dann später wurde dieselbe Wohnung 10, eine andere Familie zugeteilt. Am spät Nachmittag, bekam ich noch eine E-mail, mit Code für den Schlüssel für Wohnung 3, da lag aber nur ein Schlüssel, der weder in Wohnung 3, noch in Wohnung 10 passte... War nicht schön. Und Wohnung 10, entsprach nicht die Bilder die ich von Wohnung 3 gesehen hatte und auch gebucht hatte... 😫👎

  31. This appartment cannot be called "luxurious" as its furnishings are sparse and looking very tired...

    This appartment cannot be called "luxurious" as its furnishings are sparse and looking very tired - for example, the sofa is uncomfortable with very scuffed arms, the seats at the dining table have dropped making eating difficult, and there are no fitted pads for the outside chairs. In fact, the flat was dusty and the outside seating area was unswept, with a half-dead bush in a pot. The cooking work surface is small. The extractor fan has to be on full blast and window open to avoid the smoke alarm sounding throughout the whole block. The cooker incorporates the microwave and was complicated (no instructions were provided). We found stains on the bed sheet. This was pointed out to the agent, but no action was taken. Finally, the flat would not be recommended to anyone who requires some peace and quiet. The outside area is next to a walkway through the harbour and to the boats, while it was not made obvious in the details that a very busy train line is only 100m away.

    Grosszügige Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit der in der Ausschreibung erwähnten vollständigen Ausstattung; unsere Erwartungen in eine „Boutique-Wohnung“ wurden allerdings nicht erfüllt; kommerzieller Anbieter; lieblos bzw. funktional eingerichtet; abgewetzte Stühle und Sofa; Sitzplatz im Erdgeschoss mit durch Hecke eingeschränkte Sicht; Schlafzimmerfenster am Indoor-Gang mit fehlender Privatsphäre ohne geschlossenen Nachtvorhang; ruhige Lage in Industriequartier; letzte Details für Check-In erst 2 Stunden vor Bezug; sehr umfangreiche und unübersichtliche Gebrauchsanweisung mit teilweise nicht mehr aktuellen Anweisungen; effiziente aber ziemlich laute Lüftung kann abgestellt werden (Schalter links von Küche, Taste 3 = on, Taste 1 = off); Leiden in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar; attraktiver Standort für Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten

  49. Una bella vacanza vicino a Leiden

    Positive: Tutto: bella struttura e l'appartamento, vicino al centro di Leiden, ma anche a diverse zone verdi raggiungibili a piedi. Ben organizzato l'appartamento, ampio e con un bel terrazzo sul porticciolo. Parcheggio sempre disponibile adiacente alla struttura. Negative: Ho trovato i cuscini non propriamente puliti (la biancheria però era impeccabile). Ho ovviato con la lavasciuga dell'appartamento(anche questa decisamente preziosa): li ho lavati e asciugati in una giornata. Tutto il resto era perfetto (c'erano anche saponi nei servizi, un paio di pastiglie per la lavastoviglie e un paio di cialde per la macchina del caffè molto gradite come benvenuto).

  53. Gute Ausgangslage um die Umgebung mit Auto zu erkunden.

    Positive: Die Lage für Autofahrer ist super, wenn man Leiden, Tulpenfelder und die Umgebung besuchen will. Die Wohnung ist schön, der Ausblick auf den Kanal sehr entspannend. Nicht weit entfernt - ca. 1 km - ist ein gut ausgestatteter AH Market zu finden. Spazieren auf den Koudehoorn war trotz Regen angenehm. Negative: Die Übermittlung des Codes fand erst 1/2 Std vor Check in statt, nach mehrmaligen nachfragen. Das war nicht angenehm. Parkplätze zu bekommen war nicht immer einfach, da alle schon belegt waren.

    Positive: The location was perfect, there is the bus stop which is only a 10 minute walk away and has good transport links for when you don’t want to drive somewhere (we caught the number 50 bus to Sassenheim station then the train direct to Amsterdam as apparently the parking is expensive) There is a large car park on-site. The rooms were nice and spacious and it was nice to have plates/cups etc in the kitchen. If you are bored in the evening there is a bowling alley a 5 minute walk away with an adjacent restaurant if you don’t fancy cooking. Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the check in, I had put an arrival time of 4-5pm and it said someone will meet you at the property to give you the keys. When I arrived at 4pm there was no one around and no information/reception desk, we managed to find a lady who advised we should of received an email to tell us what room we was meant to be staying in and she called the host for us and provided us with a key. About an hour later we received an email with the room number (different to the one we was in) and how to collect the keys.

    Positive: Es ist ein wunderbar eingerichtete Küche in der Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist ein Traum. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist hervorragend. Alles bestens. Negative: Es gibt nichts was einem fehlt.
