Positive: Great location! Wonderful view and patio overlooking the ocean. Kitchen had everything you need. Washing machine ! Negative: A few minor issues: -No toiletries, except hand soap in the bathrooms. Bring your own! -Comforter on full bed not wide enough to cover two people. We had to bring in a comforter from one of the twin beds. - Upstairs toilet did not flush well. We used mainly the downstairs toilet. -Shower heads were partly clogged- so water shot out sides of shower head.

Positive: nice located house. nice view from the terrace, clean - but it does not matter since there was a construction going on and spoiling our stay Negative: well, it was like staying at construction site: a neighboring apartment was being renovated and they were hammering and hammer drilling during 4 out of 6 days of our stay. This house should not have been rented out! No possibility of relaxing during the day.

The view from the balcony was stunning! The kitchen was well equipped. We ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly and the washrooms don't have shampoo or body wash. The rooms can get fairly warm since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but fans were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, from which it was easy to get to the beach and town center. Wonderful ocean views as well, and spacious. As other reviews mentioned, the place was missing several basic amenities typically found at other rentals (eg dish soap, body wash). It was also dusty, with some old candy wrappers left behind in one of the bedrooms, some dead bugs on the floor, and a dessicated dead bird on the patio. There was construction happening while we were there so it was also a bit noisy. The neighbors were incredibly nice and overall it felt like a good place to make as an Algarve home base surrounded by locals.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit stilvoller passender Einrichtung. Alles war tadellos sauber und bereit für unsere Ankunft. Das spektakuläre ist der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer aus. Alles war da und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die RentalValley hat sich immer und schnell um alle Fragen gekümmert und war ausgesprochen hilfreich. Insgesamt also alles toll - sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a bad experience here and would not recommend staying there. No hot water, shower broke nearly smashing my son, no fans or ac, early construction work next door. We cancelled the rest of the nights but were charged quite a bit for the one night+ fees. find another place.

The place was well situated, beds comfortable, great balcony with furniture. My only issue was that most Airbnb that I have stayed in around the world are a bit more "welcoming" and "homey" feeling in the sense that there is at least a bit of coffee, tea, sugar for the morning because check-in is usually in the afternoon, and at least some salt/pepper, oil...this place was spartan. It was a great stay nonetheless!

Nice but beware of building activities
Positive: Lovely location. Very clean neat and tidy. A few minutes walk from the sea and some fabulous restaurants. Recommended if no building work in progress. Negative: For two days the house one door up had jack hammers going from 0900-1700. The noise was excessive which we recorded and shared with the letting agency contact. We wanted to understand why they are not aware of such planned work (notice was published on property) if known we would not have booked. The answer from the agent was "Enjoy your stay". Waste of space we just couldn't stay in the property during the day. I do not blame the owners as this is the letting agency issue of not managing the property environment.

Top Haus an top Lage, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, gerne wieder.
Positive: Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit Meerblick. Top Lage, knapp 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Perfekter Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen der Süd-West Algarve. Negative: Leider war im Nachbarhaus gerade ein Umbau im gange. Das war etwas nervig, kann aber die Unterkunft nichts dafür.
