Welcome, I´m Bê, and this is my place in Paradise. My goal is to share with you my holiday apartment, where I come to relax and enjoy the sunshine....
The space
This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, modernly decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your daily healthy food. Close to the bedroom you will find a fashionable bathroom. All rooms give access to balconies, and one of them is very special, where you can watch the gorgeous sunset from Lagos.
We are happy to welcome couples with one child up to 2 years.

The neighborhood
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical centre full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs, and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast, you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
You can do everything on foot! The beach is only a 10 min walk away, the Marina only 5 min, the city centre not more than 10 min, and the supermarket at 10 min away. The central train station of Lagos is even closer, only a 3 min walk.
Getting around
You are free to do everything by foot, but if you would like to explore the Monchique Range, to enjoy the worldwide known famous Surf spots (Praia do Amado) and to visit the south-westernmost tip of Europe (Sagres), it is better to rent a car. Don´t worry about parking, you will easily find free one directly in from of the building. From the Faro Airport, you can rent a car very cheaply or you can take the train from Faro main train station directly to the door of the building.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.
Leider ist direkt vor der Wohnung eine Schule und eine Baustelle, die teilweise laut waren tagsüber, zum Arbeiten also nicht optimal.
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.

Il est très bien équipé : idéal pour un long séjour, il y a même des accessoires pour la plage.
Il est très facile de stationner.
Le seul point à améliorer serait là propreté, notamment de la vaisselle et de l'étendoir à linge.
Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était super, nous recommandons ce logement.

Einziger Punkt ist, daß man wissen sollte, daß der eine der beiden Balkone direkt an eine Schule grenzt. Es war dadurch nicht zu laut und hat auch nicht den Aufenthalt gestört, aber von Montags bis Freitags lebt man tagsüber über einem Schulbetrieb. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört.
Von uns: 100 Prozent!

A new agency now hosts, and there were a number of things that have changed, we were unaware that cleaning, change of bedding and towels were no longer included in the price -missed it on the additional rules when booking.
Some items shown on the Airbnb listing were not available, shampoo, soap, shower gel or cleaning products.
That said the apartment is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped.
Bed is comfy and seating areas and balconies are good. Kitchen is also well equipped and it’s great having the washing machine for longer stays.
The roof top pool with 360 degrees wrap round balcony and seating area is great. Fantastic location close to beach with fantastic views always, the marina and town both with some great restaurants . There is safe and free car parking at the front or back of the apartment.
Hopefully we will get a visit no4 one day.

Man kann im Innenraum nirgends große Handtücher nach dem duschen aufhängen. Ansonsten ist es eine große, helle und schöne Wohnung. Die Kommunikation findet mit einer Rental Firma und nicht mit dem eigentlichen Besitzer statt

We did have a couple of negatives - we thought the shower curtain could do with replacing as the bottom was slightly dirty, the bed could do with two pillows as one was a-bit uncomfortable. Our main criticism was the fan worked very poorly which made the evenings/ night time quite uncomfortable. Would have been ideal if they had a ceiling fan/ or aircon ( or even just a newer fan)
Apart from the above though we still had a lovely holiday and would recommend the apartment. ☺️

Schade nur, dass keine mobile Klimaanlage da war.
Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und man muss ein wenig gehen bis in die Stadt.
Ansonsten war alles top !

The place had a well stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom in addition to two balcony's. The one piece of feedback is that the bed was not comfortable, it lacked additional pillows and had very thin duvets which was not ideal for a two weeks. This place was good value but is more suitable for a weekend break.

The apartment itself is much more spacious in reality than the photos make it seem - there was plenty of space for our belongings for an extended stay and the internet speed was fantastic.
The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and had plenty of storage space. The living room was enormous, with lots of light and comfortable furniture, and the two balconies were fantastic to enjoy some afternoon sun. The space heaters provided were an excellent touch for a winter stay. Also, the building has heavy-duty black-out shutters that make sleeping a breeze. The area was tranquil but very well located between a beautiful large sandy beach (10-minute walk) and the old town of Lagos (15-minute walk). The bed was very comfortable and the closet had more than enough space for two people. The Hosts also provided a great list of local recommendations!

Die Beschreibung "luxuriös" trifft bei der Einrichtung nicht ganz zu, die Einrichtung ist modern und einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und hallt sehr stark. Vor unserer Anreise hat wahrscheinlich keine Endkontrolle statt gefunden, Möbel waren verstellt und Haare und Straub auf dem Boden und in den Ecken in allen Räumen. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen wären fällig gewesen (gebrochener Spiegel im Badezimmer).
Wir haben uns trotz kleinerer Abstriche sehr wohl gefühlt.
