The neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam. You can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.
Getting around
This apartment is located in the middle of the village of Zandvoort. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all at walking distance.
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The train station is a 5 minute walk from our accommodation. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes.

Mäuse und Mäusefallen in der Wohnung.
Toilette viel zu klein.
Tisch und Stühle seid langem nicht gereinigt.
Auf Tisch und Stühlen draußen, alter getrockneter Vogel Kot, seid Wochen nicht gereinigt.
Klimaanlage kühlt nicht.
Klimaanlage so laut das man nicht schlafen kann.
Keine Dusche, man kann sich nur in der Badewanne ab brausen mit der Brause in der Hand.
Hauptschlafzimmer mehr ein Flur als ein Zimmer.
Die Betten sind eher Schlagliegen.
Fenster verschmutzt und lassen sich nicht öffnen zum lüften.
Die beiden anderen Zimmer nicht zumutbar da zu schlafen.
Gasherd, wenn die Flamme erlöscht strömt trotzdem weiter Gas aus!
Nicht alle Lampen funktionieren.
Heizung im Badezimmer schmutzig.
Nur ein Mülleimer in der Küche, sonst nirgends.
In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis das die zwei Treppen extrem steil sind, nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder!
Dieses Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Wir sind extrem enttäuscht das Booking diese Wohnung so lobt!!!!!!

Jedoch entspricht die Beschreibung nicht den Tatsachen!
Eher baufällige Wohnung, lockere Dunstabzugshaube (fällt leicht herunter), wackeliger Wasserhahn, etwas Schimmel in der Spülmaschine und im Bad. Ein undichter Duschschlauch oder eine rostige Heizung.
Wo soll ich aufhören?
Wasserpfütze unter dem fleckigen Teppich im Schlafzimmer.
Sehr hellhörig daher eher für Nachteulen gemacht.
Der Service vor Ort ist nett und schnell, jedoch wird von der Verwaltungsfirma nicht allzu viel reagiert.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung nicht das Geld wert!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alter Teppich, nur ein Badezimmer, teilweise sehr dreckig (Spinnennetze an der wand), die Küche sehr alt (wir wollten dort gar nicht koche ), die Zimmer oben okay, nur sehr hellhörig.. Die Terrasse sehr dreckig (Stühle waren mit Kot voll).. Fenster auch nicht geputzt

2 steile schmale Treppen in den Wohn- und dann in den Schlafbereich waren eine Herausforderung. Koffer mussten von „starkem Mann“ hoch und runter getragen werden. Aber wir haben uns an die Treppe gewöhnt. Auch die 82 jährige Mutti.

I do believe that there could be some small additions that’ll make a big difference such as some proper cutting knives and cooking utensils (spoons for stirring and serving). Other than that it had all the basic necessities!
I was sad to see no freezer as there was one included and we could not freeze anything from the shops.
The house was perfect for what we needed! A place to sleep, eat, watch some tv at night and chill! Perfect location to shops and right in the center of Zandvoort which made it super easy to travel around with the train station being about 8 mins from the house!!
Overall I would definitely stay at this place again !

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, einziehen und wohlfühlen.
Couch schön aber sehr durchgesessen.
In unserer Abwesenheit wurden Möbel ausgetauscht (Kommode Wohnzimmer). Das war extrem befremdlich und tat dem Gesamtbild der Wohnung gar nicht gut.

Alles was man braucht um die Ecke
Zu empfehlen der Grieche und das Tiroler Stübchen in der selben Straße
Waren mit 4 Geschwistern unterwegs da hat auch Zimmeraufteilung gepasst
Zimmer sind sehr schlicht, aber für ein paar Nächte ok
Hier und da müssten mal ein paar kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen werden.
Gesamtoptik könnte mal aufgehübscht werden

Es müßte einiges gemacht werden. Der Teppichboden fleckig, die Birnen in den Lampen kaputt, selbst die Küchenbeleuchtung flackerte ständig. Das Geschirr verbraucht und zerkratzt. Ein nackter Bedienungsschalter in der Wand. Ein Schlafzimmer ohne jegliche Möbel und Lampe mit nackter Glühbirne. In den Schlafzimmern noch nicht mal ein Haken, um irgendetwas aufzuhängen, keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung in einen Schrank zu hängen. Toilette so klein, so daß man sich kaum aufrichten kann. Regenrinne mit totem Frosch und Abfall verschmutzt.

From our experience of visiting this apartment we would condem it and advise people NOT to go there until the rental agency have updated the apartment and amended every issue we found.
From a hygiene point of view it was filthy, disgusting and smelly and i wouldn't have let my dog stay there ..
We found a matress had urine stains on it. We also found some of the bedding had poo stains and what looked like blood stains and a poo stain on a chair cushion in the lounge.
We also had issues with the bathroom being that the blind was broken which gave us no privacy at all from the street residency.
A carpet in one of the bedrooms had stains and not cleaned and we found some cloth left under a radiator that had been leaking!
There were a few other issues found however, this was meant to be a holiday for my two kids first time abroad. Disappointed is a big understatement.

Ausstattung der Küche war ok.
Das Bett im Dachgeschoss war total kaputt, keine Möglichkeiten seine Klamotten ordentlich aufzuhängen.
Den Müll am letzten Tag zu entsorgen war nicht möglich, da die Müllkarte ebenfalls nicht funktionierte.
Für diesen Preis würden wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen

Die Therme war ausgefallen, sodass wir zunächst nur kaltes Wasser hatten. Das Team der Vermietung war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ, hilfsbereit und hat sich am nächsten Tag drum gekümmert. Sogar ohne, dass jemand von uns anwesend sein musste. Sehr gut!

L’appartement est très bien situé avec les commerces à proximité et la gare pour Amsterdam.
L’appartement est grand et confortable mais il faut préciser qu’il y a deux escaliers avec une très forte pente. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais cela peut être compliqué avec de jeunes enfants.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir un jour.

Haarlem und Amsterdam sind super schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer mit der großen Couch ist sehr gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut aufgeteilt unter dem Spitzboden.
Aufgrund sehr steiler Treppen ist die Wohnung für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen aus meiner Sicht nur bedingt geeignet.
Alles in allem ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage wirklich empfehlenswert.
