The space
We are happy to welcome you into our studio apartment, located in the quiet neighbourhoods of Zandvoort. It is tastefully furnished, comfortable, and very spacious.
Beach, shopping centre, restaurants, bars, supermarket and train station are all walking distance. Amsterdam centre and Amsterdam airport (Schiphol) are 30 - 40 minutes away by car or train. Amsterdam is busier and more expensive to stay in so this house is ideally located for visiting Amsterdam while staying near the beach and enjoying the calm nature area.

The neighborhood
Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular neighbourhoods. The town centre and beach are within cycling distance, but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic.
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip?
Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach, those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. So maybe you want to get your race license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can quickly get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

Getting around
Zandvoort aan Zee has its train station, which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation and a bus stop at 5. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. So, public transport will get you around very well depending on your plans. We will share a handy website to plan your route.
Haarlem is within cycling distance from Zandvoort, and Amsterdam can be reached by train within 25 minutes. This train also stops in Haarlem and goes at regular intervals from early morning until late night.

Sehr positiv das im Preis inklusive Wäschepaket, sowie das Starterset zum Spülen und Duschen.
Nur 150m von der Wohnung entfernt ein Geschäft mit allem was man braucht. Ebensoweit war es zu einer Ladesäule.
Ich würde die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

20 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum von Zandvoort zieht sich schon sehr. Aber wenn man sich vorher informiert ist einem dies Bewusst.

In allem ist es super, die Unterkunft für zwei Personen, genau darauf ist sie auch ausgelegt. Leider gibt es keinen Tiefkühler, was uns gefehlt hat. Ansonsten ein tolles Studio, sauber, leichter Zugang und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. :)

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider war teilweise nur oberflächlich geputzt (Spiegel im Bad, Abfluss von Waschbecken und fremde Haare im und am Bett).
Aber im Großen und Ganzen war die Zeit dort sehr schön und die oberflächlichen Mängel waren schnell vergessen.

Die gesamte Wohnung war dreckig und hat übel gestunken. Der Staubsauger war kaputt, und die Handtücher waren dreckig. Hinter dem Bett und dem Sofa gab es Schimmelbefall. Bis heute haben wir dafür keine angemessene Aufwandsentschädigung erhalten und auch keine Rückmeldung nach unserer Beschwerde erhalten.

Es fehlte ein großer Topf, eine große Schüssel und das Besteck ist sehr übersichtlich...
Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten sehr viel Lärm von der Wohnung obendrüber.
Die Übergabe der Schlüssel ist umständlich, da man extra dafür in ein Büro nach Zandvoort rein fahren musste.

The only criticism I have is that the fire alarm was very sensitive. I tried making toast on the stove and often set the alarm off by accident with the slight smoke that was generated from the toast cooking. Also wasn't aware of how to turn the alarm off until the neighbour helped by clicking the button.

Die Unterkunft selber liegt in einer ganz ruhigen Straße, ca. 20-25 Minuten Gehweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Sitzgelegenheit vor der Unterkunft lädt bei schönem Wetter zum draußen frühstücken ein und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist super.
Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Es liegt noch eine weitere Wohnung über der Unterkunft. Hier hatten wir Gäste mit kleinen Kindern, welche recht früh morgens schon oben rumgesprungen sind. Man hört nahezu jeden Schritt der oben gegangen wird.
Außerdem hätte ich mir eine Steckdose im Bad gewünscht.
Trotz allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Tolle Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Schlüsselabholung und Abgabe völlig easy..

Czystość, apartament może nie był w złym stanie, ale podłoga oraz sofa były nie posprzątane lub posprzątane niechlujnie. Na miejscu był dostęp do odkurzacza, ale mizernej jakości, bo nic nie można nim odkurzyć (może stąd bałagan). Dużo kurzu na podłodze oraz na półkach. Apartament powstał chyba na bazie sklepu lub garażu, w chłodnie dni jest zimno. Klimatyzacja jest jedynym źródłem ciepła i niestety nie jest to rozwiązanie idealne, ponieważ proces grzania trwa i trzeba dobrze ustawić urządzenie, aby miało to sens (tym bardziej, że instrukcje przekazane przez agencję wynajmującą wskazują na to iż jest to kosztowne i pada prośba o rozsądne korzystanie z klimatyzacji). Dodatkowo problemem były wszechobecne mrówki. Aneks kuchenny zarządzany w taki sposób, aby wszystkiego było na styk (dwa widelce, dwa noże, itp., itd.). W kuchni znajdowały się różnego rodzaju produkty (herbata, cukier), które raczej nie wyglądały na zdatne do spożycia. Fajnie, że na miejscu był ekspres, natomiast jest on na kapsułki. Żadnej kapsułki nie było w apartamencie, a szkoda, bo przydałaby się chociaż jedna na wzór. Brak gniazdka w łazience również na minus.

Die Wohnung liegt ein bisschen ausserhalb, aber mit einem Fahrrad ist mal schnell im Zentrum/Strand oder sogar unter 30 MInuten in Haarlem.
Wenn nochmals Zandvoort, dann sehr gerne diese Wohnung.

Wer den Strand liebt, muss sich auf etwas Fußmarsch gefasst machen. Dafür liegt der angrenzende Nationalpark sehr nah.
Insgesamt ist es eine super Unterkunft.

Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Bad modern. Die Küche ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, mit dem Backofen haben wir uns auch schöne Aufbackbrötchen zubereiten können. Die Senseo-Maschine haben wir nicht genutzt, hier haben wir eine eigene Maschine mitgenommen. Das Sofa haben wir aufgrund des schönen Wetters ebenfalls nicht genutzt.
Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

1) Need to get keys from another location
2) Very strong new renovation smell, irritates the nose!!!
3) No hairdryer and no power plugs in the bathroom. No mirrors anywhere except the bathroom.
4) We stayed for four days and could only used one bath towel and one small towel. We asked for a few more towels, and the customer service responded with a charge of € 29.5
