The space
Our comfortable and light apartment in the beachfront SilverBeach condominium is ideal for couples and families with children. It is perfectly located directly behind the beach and literally around the corner from all the restaurant, shops and bars that this fun beach town has to offer. Our sunny balcony is located at the town-side of the building and offers a lovely view over De Haan. The beach and sea are partially visible from the bedroom window.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with one bedroom and one sofa bed (160x200), one shower room and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a very large king bed made up of 2 mattresses (not separable) and the sofa bed is located in the living room. Your holiday home comes with a fully equipped half-open kitchen with modern appliances, a lounge area, dining table for 4 persons, balcony, washer/dryer combo, bathroom with walk-in shower which includes a foldable seat for less mobile guests and a separate toilet.
Free use of the shared heated indoor pools (adults & children) is included, as is one free parking space in the underground parking.

The neighborhood
Our Silver Sunset apartment is located in De Haan, a popular Belgian seaside resort where beach life and cultural heritage come together. De Haan is known for its long-stretching beach and promenade filled with restaurants, shops and bars. But also for the neighborhood 'The Concession' where 19th century villas have stood through time and are now a protected part of the town's cultural heritage.
Besides the obvious beach activities, you can explore the many gorgeous walkin and biking trails that the area has to offer, check out the surrounding towns including famous Oostende and Blankenberge and soak up culture through the many events that exist around De Haan. The nearest city is beautiful Brugge, which is only 30 minutes away by car.
Getting around
You can easily reach De Haan by car, and one free and private parking space is included with our accommodation. Train go until nearby Blankenberge (north) and Oostende (south), from where you can take the coastal tram to De Haan, which is a wonderful experience on its own.
Other things to note
➤ Check-in time: 16:00-22:00. Arrival after 22:00 is possible but at your own risk as support lines might be unavailable at that hour. Make sure to check and understand the arrival details before for a smooth arrival.
➤ Check-out time: before 10am

Ce qui est très appréciable, c'est le lave vaisselles TOP.
Appartement Exactement comme sur les photos de l'annonce.
La piscine au sous sol, un vrai plus après une bonne journée de visites. Parfait pour se relaxer.

Ab Mitte November sind alle Restaurants im Umfeld geschlossen.

Emplacement de voiture en sécurité dans le sous-sol de l’immeuble.
Appartement lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée avec vu sur la ville.
Grand séjour, cuisine bien équipé, salle de bain avec une grande douche, grande chambre avec une literie très confortable.
Résidence et ville très calme.
Beaucoup de restaurant très sympathique à 2 minutes.
Supermarchés à seulement 800 mètres.
Plage accessible à seulement 200 mètres de l’appartement (vu de la plage dans chambre).
À 30 minutes de Bruges.
Les seuls petits inconvénients; la piscine se trouve dans le sous-sol au niveau des voitures dans une grande pièce à part.
Ascenseur petit; très compliqué avec une poussette.
Malgré les petits inconvénients, je n’hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau cette appartement pour un nouveau séjour en Belgique.

Die Küche ist mit allem wie zu Hause ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Super Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe vieler Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Schwimmbad im Keller für kühle Tage (wir waren im Herbst dort und das Meer zu kalt zum baden) rundet alles ab.
Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bei Rückfragen.
Wir fanden´s super und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es ist leider immer mehr im Kommen, vermieten ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Aber ich kann mich da noch nicht so dran gewöhnen. Mir ist das persönliche noch lieber.
Leider gibt es noch kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.
Die Sofas sind ziemlich durchgesessen und nicht so bequem, meine Meinung.

Contrairement à ce qui est dit il n'y a pas 2 canapés lits mais 2 canapés non convertibles. Des matelas d'appoint au sol très spartiates servent de 3eme et 4ème lits.

De ingang is in de zijstraat, ik had geen zicht op de zee maar wel een mooi zicht op het winkelplein voor je de dijk opgaat. Een heel rustig appartement, geen overlast van lawaai in den blok. En het zwembad was ook een meevaller. Alles was voorzien, handdoeken enzo. Als ik terug ga zal ik zeker terug gaan naar dit. Een echte aanrader. Het appartement heeft 1 slaapkamer met een groot dubbelbed en er staat ook een reisbedje voor kleine kindjes. Ik ben er geweest met mijn kleinzoon van 4 jaar. Naast het bed is er nog plaats voor eventueel een luchtmatras te leggen voor een een groter kind.
S'morgens kon er een geur in de badkamer hangen maar die was snel weg als er wat water gelopen heeft

Mit dem Auto eine super Unterkunft, da Parkplatz in TG vorhanden.
Die TV Programme waren alle nicht in Deutsch. Hätte man vielleicht nachfragen können, aber das Meer war auch ein tolles Programm.

Die Wohnung für uns ideal, alles funktionierte und war neuwertig, die Betten für uns sehr gut nicht zu weich, wie sonst üblich, daher sehr gut geschlafen. Rundherum eine tolle Woche wäre uns mehr Zeit geblieben hätten wir noch ein paar TAGE zusätzlich gebucht...wir kommen wieder !!
der LINKSANSCHLAG der KÜCHENSCHRÄNKE KEINE deutschen Sender, aber das kann auch an uns gelegen haben da wir diese Einstellung nicht finden konnten. ansonsten gibt es KEINE Beanstandungen.
