Our 75m² apartment, built in 2017, is a sanctuary of modern design and comfort. Ideal for couples or solo adventurers, it presents a refined retreat amidst the charm of Alkmaar. Wake up in a spacious bedroom designed for tranquility. While one room (not showing in photo's) remains locked for the owner's belongings, the apartment offers ample room for your holiday stay. The large, modern bathroom and a separate toilet, enhance your stay with ease and luxury. The living room, a haven of light and style, boasts stunning views of the verdant Oosterhout Park, offering a serene backdrop to your leisure moments.
Step outside to the spacious terrace, stretching 7 meters, which borders a picturesque walking and cycling path. It's the ultimate outdoor sanctuary for enjoying morning coffees, unwinding in the evening, or simply relishing in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Getting around
You will be able to explore Alkmaar and its surroundings on foot or by using the public transport which is very well arranged in this area. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities. Although parking in our street is for residents only, there is free street parking at just 300m away.
