Casa de Pinheiro is designed with global citizen families in mind, inspired by the owners' passion for travel and love of interior design. Throughout the villa, you'll notice touches that reflect their Scandinavian heritage. Named after the surrounding pine trees, Casa de Pinheiro is both a second home and an homage to the transformation of village life worldwide.

This three-bedroom villa offers ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, along with a spacious garden, terrace, and a year-round outdoor saltwater swimming pool. The garden is perfect for relaxation with a barbecue, a large dining table for 10, sunbeds, a comfortable lounge area for cocktail hour, and a laundry area with cloth lines. The kids will love the in-ground trampoline, small treehouse, swing, and trapeze, as well as a selection of books and toys in the living area. Parking is conveniently available in front of the house.

Surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Costa Vicentina Natural Park, this hidden gem is perfect for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a laid-back beach experience. With its pristine golden beaches, rugged cliffs, and wild Atlantic waves, Vale da Telha offers an idyllic setting for sunbathing, surfing, or simply enjoying peaceful walks along the shoreline.

Both villages provide an authentic Portuguese experience with a relaxed atmosphere, delicious cuisine, and opportunities for outdoor adventures. In both these places you will find a vibrant and diverse community.

Getting around

Vale da Telha is a residential area located near the town of Aljezur in the Algarve region of Portugal. While public transport options are limited in Vale da Telha itself, there are still some transit options available to explore the area.

Car Rental: Renting a car is a convenient and popular choice for getting around Vale da Telha and the surrounding region. Faro Airport, located approximately 80 minutes away, has several car rental companies where you can pick up a vehicle upon arrival. Having a car gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace and access various attractions and beaches in the area.

Taxi or Private Transfer: If you prefer not to drive, you can hire a taxi or book a private transfer from Faro Airport to Vale da Telha. This option provides a more comfortable and hassle-free journey, especially if you have a lot of luggage. It is recommended that the transfer be arranged in advance to ensure availability.

Public Transport to Aljezur: Although public transport options to Vale da Telha are limited, you can still reach the nearby town of Aljezur using public buses. You can take a taxi or a shuttle service from Faro Airport to Faro city centre and then catch a bus to Aljezur. Once in Aljezur, you can explore the town and its amenities, including shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Cycling and Walking: Vale da Telha and the surrounding area are also suitable for cycling and walking. The region features scenic landscapes and beautiful coastal trails that you can explore on foot or by bike. Renting bicycles in Aljezur or bringing your own can be a great way to enjoy the area's natural beauty at a slower pace.

It's important to note that while public transport is limited in Vale da Telha, the area offers ample free parking options. So, whether you rent a car or have your own vehicle, parking should not be an issue during your stay.
