Our villa includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional annex with a private bedroom and bathroom for extra privacy. Modern amenities such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure your stay is both comfortable and convenient.

Step outside to enjoy the private terrace, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The outdoor BBQ area by the pool invites you to dine al fresco while soaking up the Algarve sun. With free private parking available, exploring the local beaches and attractions is effortless.

• Pool heating included from April-October. Pool heating optional against extra fee November - March. Extra fee to be paid in cash at arrival, max rate 30 euros per night (28 degrees), depending on length of stay. Host needs to be informed of pool heating 7 days before arrival.

The neighborhood

For those who love the sea and want to explore the Algarve coastline, there are a variety of activities in the area. The Old Town has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history, from the old statue of St Michael to the beautiful church of St Anne’s. The Old Town Main Square offers a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars.

The local Giro bus goes every half hour from the the Old Town of Albufeira to the Marina. If you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.

You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia and two water parks around a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

Albufeira is a great place to stay if you want to relax or have an adventure.

Getting around

In the area you can use public transport or taxis - there is a bus stop right in front of the condominium. However buses and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended if you would like to explore the Algarve area fully. There are plenty of free parking facilities around the accommodation.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
