The neighborhood
Assendelft, a charming village in North Holland, just 20 minutes from Amsterdam. Known for its scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Nearby attractions include the North Sea coast with its stunning beaches and the Zaanse Schans, an open-air museum showcasing traditional Dutch culture.

Getting around
The nearest train station, Assendelft Krommenie, is just a short distance from the village center. For a beach day, take a train to Castricum (20 minutes) or Zandvoort (45 minutes). Frequent trains to Amsterdam Central Station make it easy to explore the capital's iconic sights.
