This charming family home in Vale da Telha is the perfect place for families looking to relax and have fun. With three bedrooms, an additional mezzanine and plenty of space for everyone, it's designed to provide comfort and enjoyment for both adults and kids.

As you enter, the house welcomes you with a lovely little patio at the front, where children can enjoy hours of playtime on the swing and soccer goal. Step inside the house and on your left, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. The living and dining area is bright and spacious, offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind. The living area opens up to a delightful patio with a BBQ area, ideal for family barbecues and evening relaxation.

A curved staircase leads to the mezzanine, which offers a comfortable sleeping sofa and access to a bedroom with a double bed. This level also features a separate toilet for convenience.

Stepping inside the house, at the right side you’ll find a bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for kids. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a small bathtub and toilet, ideal for bath time after a busy day of outdoor adventures. Continuing through the house, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed. Next to this bedroom there is a second bathroom, complete with a bathtub and toilet. The bedroom opens up to a glassed area filled with toys and games for this kids to play. It leads to the back garden, which is a safe and secure space for children to play.

The garden enjoys 360-degree sunshine, allowing you to soak up the Algarve sun all day long. To keep things cool and comfortable, the living and dining room area is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

The neighborhood

In Vale da Telha, you'll find a variety of local restaurants offering delicious regional cuisine, small supermarkets for your daily needs, and serene lakes perfect for picnics or birdwatching. The area is also known for its pristine beaches, such as Arrifana and Monte Clérigo, popular for surfing and sunbathing.

Aljezur, a short drive away, is a quaint town steeped in history and culture. Explore its Moorish castle, charming cobblestone streets, and the Aljezur Museum for a glimpse into the region's past. The town hosts a vibrant market where you can purchase fresh local produce, seafood, and handmade crafts. Additionally, Aljezur offers a wider selection of dining options, ranging from traditional Portuguese eateries to international cuisine.

Getting around

We are only a 30 minute drive from Lagos and Sagres, one hour and 15 minutes from Faro airport and 2 hours 45 minutes from Lisbon. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
