The space
Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, which is designed to offer comfort and convenience for up to 4 guests. As you arrive, a short flight of stairs leads you to the front door, and just inside another stairs will lead you to the apartment.
When you enter you'll find the cozy living room where you can unwind and relax. To your left, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet for your privacy and comfort. Both bedrooms also open up to a small balcony with a lovely seating area, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze.
As you stroll through the living room, on your left, you'll find an extra toilet with a washing machine. At the back of the living and dining space, the kitchen awaits, fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals.
But the best part? Climb up one more stairs to your private 40 m² rooftop terrace, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy stunning ocean views. It’s the perfect spot for an evening of grilling and gazing at the sunset.

The neighborhood
Portimão has something to offer for everyone. The main boulevard along Praia da Rocha beach has many restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and clubs. The charming old town boasts many local shops whereas the commercial shopping center is home to two floors of the familiar big shopping names such as H&M and Zara. Portimão and the surrounding towns offer a stunning coastline of beautiful beaches, charming picturesque towns and great tourist facilities topped with almost perfect weather year-round.
You can link up with the main bus service to visit the eastern and western parts of the Algarve. But if you like exploring the surrounding area, we strongly recommend hiring a car.
The very popular Zoomarine park is just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. You will find two other water parks and the Lagos Zoo about 30 minutes by car from the house.
Getting around
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended.

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival. We strongly advise taking cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial loss.
