The space

Inside, the villa is bright, modern, and spacious. The ground floor features a comfortable living room with air conditioning and direct access to the south-facing terrace, garden, sauna and pool area. Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, barbecue area, and plenty of space to relax in the sun.

There is also one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a separate guest toilet.

Upstairs, you will find the main bedroom and a further guest bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to a south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding landscape.

The fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast, lunch, or long dinners at home, whether you choose to eat inside or out on the terrace.

The neighborhood

The villa is set in a peaceful location just 2.5 km from Burgau, one of the Western Algarve’s most charming seaside villages, ideally located between Lagos and Sagres.

In Burgau, guests will find several shops for daily essentials, good supermarkets, and Mais Perto, a local favourite with a coffee shop known for excellent coffee, handmade pastries, sourdough bread, snacks, fresh bowls, and a good selection of organic products.

Burgau also offers a great mix of restaurants, cafes and bars, including Portuguese, Indian, Italian, and South African cuisine. Whether by car or Uber, getting around is easy and convenient.

The villa is perfectly located for beach lovers. Boca do Rio Beach is just 500 m away and within walking distance, while Cabanas Velhas Beach is also only around 500 m away and offers another beautiful beach option together with a popular beachfront restaurant. There are many other stunning beaches in the surrounding area, offering something for everyone — from peaceful hidden coves to family-friendly sandy beaches ideal for swimming, surfing, and relaxing by the sea.

For guests who enjoy walking and nature, the famous Fishermen’s Trail passes just 300 m from the house. It is one of the Algarve’s most scenic and iconic coastal hiking routes, with breathtaking cliffside views and spectacular Atlantic landscapes.

The area is also ideal for golf, hiking, surfing, and exploring the coastline. Three golf courses are within a 15-minute drive, and the lively town of Lagos is only 8 km away, with its marina, shops, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife.
