The space

Step inside and let yourself be surprised, this brand-new townhouse in Portimão feels like a little hidden gem. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the Algarve.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area where everyone can come together. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and just behind it you’ll discover a small patio, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. A modern bathroom is also located on this floor for your convenience.

Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The smaller bedroom has a smart TV and access to a sunny southwest-facing balcony, perfect for soaking up the afternoon light. A second bathroom sits between the rooms, and both bedrooms include a little desk space, should you need it.

With air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, you’ll always feel at ease, no matter the season.

The neighborhood

Portimão has something to offer for everyone. The main boulevard along Praia da Rocha beach has many restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and clubs. The charming old town boasts many local shops whereas the commercial shopping center is home to two floors of the familiar big shopping names such as H&M and Zara. Portimão and the surrounding towns offer a stunning coastline of beautiful beaches, charming picturesque towns and great tourist facilities topped with almost perfect weather year-round.

You can link up with the main bus service to visit the eastern and western parts of the Algarve. But if you like exploring the surrounding area, we strongly recommend hiring a car.

The very popular Zoomarine park is just a 15-minute drive away in Guia. You will find two other water parks and the Lagos Zoo about 30 minutes by car from the house.

Getting around

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended.
