The space

Welcome to this cheerful 2-bedroom apartment in Iberlagos, a residential area just a short stroll from the beach. The apartment is on the second floor and offers a warm, coastal atmosphere throughout — think blue accents, nautical touches, and plenty of natural light.

The layout is practical and comfortable. As you enter, both bedrooms are on the right. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A freshly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail serves both bedrooms.

Further along, the open living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. It has a large corner sofa with a sleeper option, a flat-screen TV, and an air conditioning unit to keep you cool during warmer months. Three electric heaters provide extra warmth in the cooler season. The separate kitchen is well-equipped. From the living room, sliding doors open onto the south-facing balcony with sun loungers, a dining table, and uninterrupted views over the estuary towards the sea — a spot you'll find hard to leave.

The neighborhood

Iberlagos sits in a peaceful residential area on the edge of Lagos, right near the beach and with easy access to the coastline. The famous Meia Praia beach is within walking distance, and the charming historic centre of Lagos — with its restaurants, bars, and weekly market — is just a short drive or taxi ride away. The area has a relaxed, local feel while still being well connected to everything the Algarve has to offer.

Getting around

Lagos is well connected by train and bus to other Algarve towns such as Portimão and Faro. A car is not strictly necessary but will give you the most flexibility to explore the stunning coastline and inland villages at your own pace. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available.
