The neighborhood

For those who love the sea and want to explore the Algarve coastline, there are a variety of activities in the area. The Old Town has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history, from the old statue of St Michael to the beautiful church of St Anne’s. The Old Town Main Square offers a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars.

The local Giro bus goes every half hour from the Old Town of Albufeira to the Marina. If you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.

You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia and two water parks around a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

Albufeira is a great place to stay if you want to relax or have an adventure.

Getting around

In the area you can use public transport or taxis - you can catch the number 4 bus into Albufeira town centre. However buses and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended if you would like to explore the Algarve area fully. There are plenty of free parking facilities around the accommodation.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
