The space

This lovely studio apartment offers a combination of privacy, light, and comfort. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed made of two single mattresses (90×200 cm, ~30 cm high), a functional kitchen, and a private bathroom with shower.

Step outside to your private balcony, located just above the main shared terrace. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee with a breeze or a relaxed evening drink watching the movement around the neighborhood. Guests also have access to the shared terrace below.

➤ Please note: there is a step right outside the unit, and a construction site next door with work usually between 08:30 and 17:30. Stair access is required.
