The neighborhood
You're right in the centre of Portimão, one of the Algarve's most authentic and lively towns. Step outside and you'll find great local restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese cuisine, cosy cafés perfect for a morning bica, bakeries, supermarkets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay — all within easy walking distance.
The famous riverside promenade is just a short stroll away, lined with restaurants and terraces where you can watch the fishing boats drift by. The vibrant market area is a great place to explore local produce and pick up a souvenir or two. For an evening out, the marina offers a buzzing atmosphere with bars, restaurants, and beautiful views of the water.
Culture lovers will enjoy the historic centre, with its charming streets, local shops, and the beautiful Igreja do Colégio church. And of course, the world-famous beach of Praia da Rocha — with its dramatic golden cliffs and long stretch of sand — is just minutes away by car or taxi, making this the ideal base for a true Algarve experience.
Getting around
The apartment is ideally located to explore the whole region — with or without a car. Local buses connect you to surrounding towns, taxis and rideshares are easy to find, and Portimão train station is nearby for wider Algarve connections. Parking is available in the area if you choose to rent a car.

Cancelation policy
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 14 days of arrival. We strongly advise taking cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial loss.
