The space

This stylish ground-floor apartment is designed for two and strikes a perfect balance between warmth and simplicity. The open-plan living area brings together a comfortable seating area, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen — all finished in natural materials and earthy tones that give the space a calm, grounded feel. From the living room, large sliding glass doors open directly onto the shared garden, blurring the line between inside and out.

The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and its own access to the garden. The en-suite bathroom is a highlight: a freestanding bathtub and a separate rain shower with pebble-stone tiling create a genuinely spa-like atmosphere. A second bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is also available.

Step outside and everything Zandvoort has to offer is right at your doorstep.

The neighborhood

Zandvoort is one of the Netherlands' most beloved seaside towns, and this apartment sits right in the heart of it. The beach and lively boulevard are just 150 metres away — close enough to hear the sea on a quiet morning. The boulevard itself is lined with beach clubs, terraces, and restaurants, making it easy to slip between a lazy sunbed afternoon and a good dinner without going far.

The town centre, with its independent shops, cafés, and supermarkets, is within easy walking distance. For a change of scenery, the vast dunes of the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park begin just beyond the beach — ideal for a long walk or a cycle through one of the most beautiful stretches of the Dutch coast.

Getting around

The apartment is perfectly positioned for car-free travel. Zandvoort aan Zee train station is just 150 metres away, with direct connections to Haarlem (10 minutes) and Amsterdam (30 minutes). Schiphol Airport is reachable in under an hour by train.
