We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the marina was 5-10 mins. The walk to downtown maybe 15mins. Overall everything was great. My only complaint would be that the beds were extremely firm. I did notice that in the other reviews of the property no one else has mentioned the beds. So maybe it’s just me?

Close to beaches, railway station, restaurants, and other popular attractions. The house had great amenities. The only thing was it was dark to get to the apartment through the elevator but the apartment was on top and had good light. Also, it was quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here.

Only concerns were: hard to open door to building, key lock box hard to find because it’s on the garage door for apt 1 and the rental unit is apt 2 ( though I should have thoroughly read the instructions and looked at the pictures); Beds could use a foam topper Master bath shower: water would not come out of shower; Would have been helpful to have a recycling container in kitchen as there are containers behind building for recyclables but we didn’t know that ; Remote for heating and cooling in second bedroom did not work- though the remote for master worked in both rooms.

We had a great stay overall, the place is minutes away from the Marina and beach, very well equipped and amazing value for money. Only downside is that we had call support a few times for some appliances that are quite hard to work out how to use. Recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

I had a lovely stay in the spacious apartment for myself. It is easy to reach from the train station (approx. 10 minutes walk). You can walk across the parking lot to save some time). I also did not miss any tools in the kitchen or elsewhere. There were even spices available from previous rents, which I think is always helpful and sustainable. The main and only downside I noticed is that a family lives above and you can hear the child running wildly around. But after 22pm there were not many noises to hear from other tenants. Other than that, I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone, who does not mind to walk 15-20 minutes to get to the city center. If you have a car, there is a big parking lot nearby or some parking spaces in front of the building. A big supermarket is also not too far away. Thanks for hosting!

We loved our stay! The flat was spotless - and they even welcomed us with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Really good location within walking distance to the train station, marina, different beaches and old town. The rooftop is amazing and we mostly had it to ourselves. Absolutely perfect.

This stay was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Very spacious for 4 people. It was about a 6 minute walk to the marina where there were many yummy restaurants. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy and there was quick communication when we needed the host. Also there was always parking available right in front of the stay. Overall we were very pleased.

The apartment was spacious and modern in style and it did not have too much furniture or other items. There was a short walk from the apartment to the old town. The environment was peaceful.The communication with the host was very smooth. Detailed instructions for accommodation were sent to us well in advance and our messages were answered quickly and very kindly.

Positive: Bellissimo appartamento, dotato di veramente tutto e molto spazioso. Pulito e bella piscina con piccola palestra sul tetto. Posizione ottimale per visitare l'Algarve. Negative: Piscina gelida, non riscaldata (soggiorno a fine maggio). Sistema post prenotazione macchinoso, si riceve tutto da un'agenzia via mail. Dalla caparra da lasciare tramite un sito alla richiesta dei dati dei soggiornanti tramite un modulo non perfettamente funzionale, alle regole della casa (ben 4 fogli da leggere). Ci si sente stressati prima di iniziare la vacanza cosi come al momento del check out. Gestire questo aspetto con piu semplicità come fanno gli altri host sarebbe meglio, ma nel complesso piu che consigliata.

Está ubicado cerca de la Marina de Lagos y muy cerquita de la playa. En la azotea hay una piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. It was spacious, and well equipped. The kitchen had all essential kitchenware, which was great as we cooked most meals. The shower pressure was a real plus! The roof top pool may as well have been private, as we never encountered anyone else there! Would highly recommend staying here

Spacious and comfortable apartment. 5min walk to the marina, easy 15 min walk to old town or easy 25 min walk to the most stunning beaches in algave region. Home had all amenities you need, with a little corner shop for last minute things or a supermarket outside the marina. The only issue was the pillows small hard and lumpy. Other than that, perfect. Definitely recommend.

This is a spacious, clean 2nd Floor apartment in a secure building on the marina side of the river in Lagos, a short walk away. While we didn't meet our hosts, their instructions for access to the apartment were clear and communication with them was quick and easy. Free parking was always available in the street outside and the wifi and all appliances worked well. The beds are very firm and the lighting in the bathrooms is a bit dim. The nearest supermarket is a 5 to 10 minutes walk away as is the marina and all the restaurants and activity booths there. All in all we had a comfortable stay and can recommend it as a good base from which to explore Lagos and it's surrounds.

The apartment is really nice and the pool on the roof is a cherry on the top. Annemarie was a very pleasant host. Overall, it was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce magnifique logement à Lagos. L'appartement est très spacieux et lumineux. Il dispose de 2 chambres ainsi que 2 salles de bain. Il ne manque de rien... Vous trouverez des livres, des DVD, des raquettes pour jouer sur la plage... Et que dire de la piscine sur le toit avec vue sur la marina et de la petite salle de sport?! Nous sommes plus que ravies de notre séjour à Lagos. Excellent rapport qualité/prix !

O apartamento está bem conservado e localizado. As loiças de cozinha carecem de melhoria, nomeadamente os tachos e frigideiras. Seria bom haver uma máquina de café. O espaço dos balneários da piscina deveriam ser melhor mantidos pois os duches estavam avariados. A aspiração da piscina deveria ser feita diariamente.

We had a great time in the apartment which is very pleasantly furnished and conveniently located. The pool on the rooftop is a cherry on top. The only suggestion for improvement is a better lighting in both bathrooms. Especially female guests would really appreciate it.

We found the instructions to access the apartment clear and easy to follow and our communication with Annemarie friendly and efficient. The apartment has a modern decor and is secure, spacious, well appointed and clean. Parking isn't in the building but is freely available in the street outside. The apartment is in a quiet (rather scruffy) area within 5 to 10 minutes walk to a supermarket and the Lagos Marina.
