Sauberkeit
Die Wohnung ist vom Konzept sehr gut, jedoch die Sauberkeit sowohl innen wie außen ist deutlich Luft nach oben.

Big disappointment
The apartment is very central: close to the city center and the beach but the street is extremely loud. The apartment itself is nice and its terrace is also OK, but in one of the two bedrooms the windows cannot be opened, and the streetlights shine too brightly, making it impossible to sleep. The very hard mattresses and the squeaky wood bedframe do not help either. The solution was to sleep on the sofa-bed, but the light in the kitchen could not be turned off, making it again impossible to sleep. The second bedroom was more comfortable: there was no window to open but the door to the terrace/street could be opened: fresh air was possible but with the insecurity of having the door opened. The fabric of the bed headboard was run down, the mattress was hard and in the bathroom the drain valve was not fixed but loose. The biggest annoyance was at check by the key handover: we were given an address to pick it up, and at that place we were told to go to the apartment, where key boxes were, and we would get a code. They said it had not been the first time that happened. Indeed, there where key boxes but the employee over the phone insisted that we followed the instructions: she resent the same instructions from before, instructing us to go back to the other address. Only after much unpleasant conversation she called back to give us the code, which opened the box. This could have been done 30 minutes before if that employee had cared at all. We got the key, got in the apartment, where the second set of keys was. The parking permit was not there. We wasted too much time and the keys had been there all the time.
