We had a lovely stay here. The apartments are spacious, the surrounding facilities including pool and playground are perfect for families. With only a 6 minute walk to the beach and the surrounding cafes and restaurants this was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with our 3 year old.

Een mooi, ruim appartement in fraai aangelegde tuinen en met twee prima zwembaden. Ruim balkon, keuken met alles er op en er aan en prima badkamers en slaapkamers. Wij hebben genoten van een fijne vakantie in dit appartement. Tip aan de eigenaar: doe een keer onderhoud aan vloeren, beschermdopjes onder stoelen, etc om het appartement in goede conditie te houden.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement, super bien situé, bien aménagé, avec une très grande terrasse. Seul bémol, une ou deux chaises longues auraient été appréciées. Sinon, nous n'hésiterions pas à y séjourner de nouveau.

The apartment and location were fantastic. All aspects of our 14 day stay were tremendous and would recommend this apartment for a fabulous stay in Luz. During our 14 nights we did assume that the apartment and linen would be cleaned / changed as with other apartments we have stayed in during the last 15 years this has always been the case. This did not take away the fantastic time spent here.

Lovely apartment, furnishings both inside and on the balcony were of good standard and meant our stay was comfortable and the apartment felt homely. Excellent complex, great location and the check in process was smooth due to it being on a complex. Communication with rental valley was prompt and clear. Would recommend this apartment and would recommend rental valley.

Todo tal cual como lo específica en la descripción he incluso mejor de lo que esperábamos, personal de recepción que te dan las llaves súper amables y te explican todo al detalle y si quieres contratar alguna excursión también te lo miran y te dan precios, zona muy tranquila con tres piscinas una para niños y dos para adultos, también hay un restaurante dentro del complejo en el que se cena muy bien sin tener que desplazarte, hay supermercados cerca y la playa está a unos cinco minutos andando, lo único que nos pilló unas temporaturas bajas de 16 grados por la noche y mucho aire y pasamos mucho frío, pero era entrar en el apartamento y se estaba a buena temperatura sin necesidad ni de poner el aire acondicionado, el apartamento no le faltaba de nada, habitación como una suite con su baño propio con bañera y otro dormitorio con dos camas y el baño enfrente de la habitación, una cocina muy grande y lo mejor la terraza enorme y con vistas al complejo, repetiría sin dudarlo, todo un lujazo

Très bel appartement, propre et bien équipé. Petit problème avec le Wi-Fi donc nous n'y avons pas eu accès durant notre séjour. Communication facile, ce qui nous a permis de récupérer un objet que nous avions oublié!

Weather excellent. Accommodation less so.
Positive: No breakfast involved. Location very good. Negative: Kitchen: No plug in the sink therefore potential for waste of water. Drinking glasses are thick/heavy jam jar quality. Sliding doors to balcony requires maintenance/ difficult to open. Ceiling light needs a brighter bulb. Lounge: tv speakers are of poor quality. Net curtains don't fit the window. Settee uncomfortable. Balcony: One folding chair is broken and should be repaired or discarded. Bedrooms: Electric shutters- switches require maintenance. General: The accommodation, whilst spacious, lacks the feel of a home. We were doubtful whether the owners had spent time living in it. A shame, as with more care on details it could be very good. We have stayed at Baia da Luz on several occasions and unfortunately this property did not match the others.

Positive: Apartment was super clean, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer. Outdoor patio with table & chairs. Tea towel, dishwasher tablets were provided which saved buying entire box. We cooked in a few times and kitchen was equipped fine, basic but fine. We are familar with this complex and it's lovely, close to beach has nice pool and sun area. Negative: 1 Patio chair was broken & the living room is very sparsely filled, 1 couch and 1 small chair. 1 patio door was close to getting jammed and took 2 of us to close it, the sliders were broken. The lock on the other patio door was broken. We reported both issues which were fixed within 24 hours. The towels provided absolutely stank, I could smell them from 5 ft away as if they were stored somewhere damp and mouldy. We had to wash these on a high temp wash before we could use them. We had to pay an additional deposit online outside the bookings.com website which I thought was a bit odd and checked it wasn't spam. Beach/Pool towels are not included in the apartment, you have to pay extra for them and reception were very clear not to contact them if anything went wrong but to contact the owners or who we booked it through. The balcony on this apartment doesn't get sun all day. Also the shutter buttons could do with some maintenance but did work OK.

Short stay in Luz
Positive: The location is very close to the beach. It's a good size apartment, with two separate bathrooms. The shower and bath are very good, the beds are very good. you can also use the facility in the resort. Internet is fast and it has a very big balcony. Negative: The equipments in the apartment is very minimal, and the electricity is rather unstable. We have to call to get someone to fix during the last day of the year. The rental company and electrician is very helpful and with quick fix. No nespresso machine which in the other apartment is standard (that's because this is private owned).

Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Shutters on the apartment were wonderful and left the apartment pitch black! Great for a nice lay in! Balcony was lovely for evening drinks whilst the children went to bed. Check in & check out was easy. There are no supplies in the apartment (think late night arrival and no coffee in the morning!) and the noise of the neighbours moving furniture above was frequent! The electric also tripped very regularly but was easy to switch back on with the fuse board next to the front door. Apartment complex is lovely. Two pools - one busy one for the children and a quiet adult only pool. The Alloro restaurant provided great pool side drinks & a nice evening meal. Apartment is well located. Walk to the sea front took a few minutes and the beach is beautiful. The village is quite small and there are a couple of shops for essentials. Larger supermarkets were easy to find in neighbouring Lagos (5-10 minute drive).
