property location is on the beautiful Lagos Marina,10 minutes walk to Lagos town center. well equipped and very clean. big balcony with outdoor furniture. the only tiny thing to mention is the lake infront of the apartment was not very pleasant to look at, it could be because of the dry weather it had silted up. over all could recommend this apartment for a great holiday.

I would say that we had lovely, spacious unit.
The unit is large and open with very comfortable beds. The location is quiet, yet close to restaurants, a large grocery store and within walking distance to a beautiful beach and marina.

El apartamento está bien ubicado con una terraza muy linda. La cocina tiene de todos los utensilios y complementos que te hagan fatal. El único inconveniente es que tenían una lámpara de cristal que estaba justo al lado de una de las puertas de los muebles ( muy mal situada ) de cocina y como no conocíamos el apartamento, cuando la abrimos le dimos , sin querer , se rompió y mi hija no se cortó por un milagro. Por este motivo la agencia nos pidió que la pagáramos. Me parece que tienen que tener en cuenta la ubicación de objetos que puedan ser peligrosos y entregar el apartamento en persona, para avisar de estas posibles incidencias porque mi hija se podría haber abierto la cabeza. En el baño principal hay un tope de puerta que está justo por donde se pasa y hemos estado a punto de caernos varias veces. Le falta poder ir a la piscina, que creo pertenece a la urbanización porque habían vecinos que iban a ella, pero la agencia nos dijo que a ese apartamento no le correspondía.

Positive: El departamento es hermoso, tal como se ve en las fotos. Amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las vistas hacia el estanque, muy abiertas son muy agradables. El balcon terraza es muy lindo para desayunar o cenar. Está en un lugar también especial aún paso de la marina y, a su vez, a sólo dos cuadras de un supermercado. También caminando se llega a la zona céntrica y de salida de muchos tours. Definitivamente lo recomiendo Negative: No comment

Excellent location adjacent to marina
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was close to the marina, old town Lagos, the beaches, and grocery shopping. Check-in and entry went smoothly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as pictured

We had a wonderful stay!
Positive: The location was excellent and quiet. The unit was very roomy. The property management company was immediately responsive when we requested a new frying pan as the coating on the ones in the unit were very scratched. As well, they brought us a corkscrew when asked. Any time we emailed the host or property management company the responses were timely. This was greatly appreciated. Negative: The lighting was a problem for us as we like to read. There were no lamps on the end tables beside the couch and chairs in the livingroom so we had to move a desk lamp from the bedroom to the livingroom in order to read at night. The bedside lamps only offered dim lighting so we could not read in bed. There were a couple of burnt out light bulbs in the wall sconces which didn't help matters. There was only one dish towel and no dish cloth in the kitchen. Also, I don't know if this is common in Europe but there were no face cloths provided with the bath towels. On the whole the kitchen was well stocked. We would have appreciated a fly swatter and some lids for the pots. We were there for a month and had to go out to buy cleaning supplies as none were supplied with in the unit. As a result, we winded up leaving them behind for the next group. These are small issues that can be easily resolved and definitely did not have a significant impact on our stay. We will definitely try to book the same unit again when we return to Lagos. Thank you to the owner and property management company. You were amazing!

Positive: La ubicación es fantástica, a un paso tienes un enorme supermercado. La terraza es enorme, para pasar muy buenos ratos. No hay ruidos. Toda la casa es muy espaciosa. El centro está dando un paseo muy agradable. Negative: No comment

Positive: Lage, Terrasse und Wohn-/Essbereich neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Negative: Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber. Der Müll muss am Ende selbst entsorgt werden. Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin gelegen, demnach bei geöffnetem Fenster laut.

Positive: No comment Negative: El anfitrión podría al menos llamar el día de llegada para cerciorarse de que n las explicaciones pasadas n por mail para recoger las llaves y entrar al apto estaban perfectamente entendidas por el cliente. Ellos n pasan un mail en inglés y dan por entendido que hablas este idioma. El contacto personal es muy importante!!

Positive: Very spacious rooms and satisfactory office equipment to do some work while travelling. Kitchen offers everything to do simple cooking and grocery stores are close by. The balcony is huge and has nice furnishings to relax, work and dine out there. Overall a very clean apartment and perfect for working from abroad for a while. Negative: The internet connection could be faster. The TV at the time of our stay was tiny and of very low quality.
