The dining area has an enclosed wood-burning stove, and the property benefits from air conditioning, double glazing and exterior shutters.

The lounge is bright yet offers a cosy feel, with triple aspect windows and doors to access the front and rear gardens providing great light.

The swimming pool area is sheltered and secluded with a very inviting alfresco BBQ dining area overlooking the well-kept garden.

Located within a few minute's drive to the stunning Monte Clerigo beach and surfer’s paradise Arrifana beach, also being a short drive with local amenities such as bars, restaurants and a mini market en route, this villa is situated in a prime location in the very sought after area of the urbanisation of Vale da Telha.

The neighborhood

Our sunny villa is located on the outskirts of Aljezur, offering you a quiet, private space without being in the middle of nowhere.

Vale da Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day-to-day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is right in the middle between the famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well-known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away, so whether you want to relax, surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale da Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.

Getting around

From Faro Airport, it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale da Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
