La ubicación de la casa está en una zona muy apartada de todo. Al final de un carril sin asfaltar y cerca de la autopista. Ningún comercio cerca. Si además le sumas días de lluvia como nos ha pillado a nosotros, muchísimo barro en los caminos de llegada

1. Ants - lots of ants, even in kitchen cupboards 2. Dirty communal and outdoor areas. 3. A constant foul stench coming from a nearby chicken farm which was never specified in the booking information. 4. Several lights didn't work in the rooms. 5. My friend kept getting locked in his room. because the door handle was faulty. 6. The pool was dirty, as we could see debris at the bottom of the pool. 7. The hot water was very intermittent, only working a handful of times. I can provide more photos on request

We have reviewed the pictures you provided, and it appears that most of the ants were outside the accommodation. Nevertheless, we understand that this can still be bothersome, and we want to assure you that we are actively addressing this issue by using traps. Please note that during the hot summers in Portugal, occasional ant appearances can be difficult to prevent entirely. Regarding the communal and outdoor areas, we acknowledge that they can be affected by leaves and debris, especially in windy conditions. Our cleaning team diligently works to maintain these areas, but sometimes nature's elements can pose challenges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We regret that you experienced issues with the malfunctioning lights in your room and the door lock handle. We were not made aware of these problems during your stay, but we would have been more than happy to address them promptly had we been informed. We are also disappointed that you did not mention the foul stench from the nearby chicken farm when booking. While it's not within our control, we understand that this could have affected your overall experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Furthermore, we would have appreciated more specific feedback and photos regarding the cleanliness of the pool and the hot water issue. These are matters our team could have resolved swiftly if we had been informed during your stay by you. We offered solutions for the issues you raised, including traps or poison for the ants and a second cleaning, but we did not receive any response from you. Positive: Spacious, superb pool, decent views, tranquility & decent WiFi Negative: The approach road is definitely not for the faint hearted; we got a puncture on our first day so a breakdown truck recovered our hire car and a taxi took us back to Faro airport for a replacement vehicle. The villa details do not mention the state of the track littered with redundant farmyard machinery & equipment, abandoned derelict cars and barking dogs chained up. The last part of the track is particularly steep and rocky. We’d have appreciated advanced information about this to help manage expectations - thankfully we hired a large automatic SUV & arrived in daylight. Ignore sat nav if it directs you to approach the villa from above its location coming from the east heading west as the road is certainly not suitable for cars and impassable in parts.

Positive: Da zona da piscina e da tranquilidade. Negative: Deveria ser informado que existe um caminho de terra batida de cerca de 1 km para chegar à casa e poderá ser um impedimento para alguns tipos de carros. A casa tem capacidade para 10 pessoas e encontramos 4 pratos para usar, não me parece minimamente razoável e não foram acrescentados até ao final da estadia apesar do reparo ter sido feito… Duas das casas de banho são minúsculas, sendo bastante complicado serem usadas. A limpeza tem que ser melhorada!

maison très calme en pleine nature,un vrai havre de paix . pour l'entrée privilégié la journée car l'accès n'est pas évident à trouver,repère gps a amélioré ou ajouter note explicative précise du lieu. la maison dispose du excellente literie et d'une propreté impeccable.nous y avons séjourné une semaine vraiment agréable. je recommande.

Positive: The location was relaxing and quiet with beautiful views of the farms and orange groves. Home was well decorated and clean. Hot water supply was optimal. Negative: Mattresses were well used and uncomfortable.
