The space

This villa has a separate guest annex with in total 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool with sun loungers, a cosy bar with a covered patio area.
A big lounge terrace overlooking the pool and with spectacular open views over the resort in the greenery of the pine trees.

And in a walking distance to "newer" part of Albufeira with shops, restaurants and lovely terraces to join your lunch or diner and its beautiful beaches of course. A short drive with an Uber, Taxi or TukTuk will take you to old Town Albufeira, know for it's holiday destination.

The main house consists out of a spacious, bright open concept living / dining area with open fully equipped kitchen including a wine bar. The two bedrooms with luxury divan beds, two complete bathrooms and two terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. A separate laundry area makes it complete.

The annex with it's own entry, consists out of a small living room with TV, fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The villa and annex all have Air con throughout for heating and cooling.

The spacious beautiful garden around the villa gives you all the privacy and with multiple terraces, to relax. The pool area is closed off and safe for small children.

Enjoy your day in the sun on the sun loungers, having a cool drink from your own cosy bar or chill out with a good book in the lounge corner, to join your holidays in the Algarve to the max.

Guests have the whole villa including the garden and pool area to them self.
The guest annex will be rented out from 4 pers or more.

The neighborhood

The villa is part of the Quinta da Balaia resort. Within this resort its all private owned houses. From the resort you can walk to Albufeira or to the amazing beaches.

Getting around

From Faro Airport you can easily rent a car, take an Uber, Taxi or book a reliable transfer like Yellowfish Transfers.

Because the villa is located in at Quinta da Balaia, outside Albufeira, we recommend to rent a car to explore more of the Algarve.

Within Albufeira area you can easily find local busses, taxis, Ubers or TukTuks to cover short distances.

Other things to note

No groups of young people allowed
No parties or events without explicit consent of owner or property manager.
Smoking only allowed outside
Due to fire safety it can be prohibited to BBQ during high season
At the swimming pool/ bar area only plastic glasses are allowed for safety reasons
