Unter „luxuriös“ versteht sicher jeder etwas anderes. Wir würden sie bestenfalls als gut bezeichnen. Die Betten stehen direkt an großen Fenstern zum Treppenflur. Man muss sich entscheiden, ob man „öffentlich“ , oder bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Vorhängen in einer schlecht zu lüftenden Wohnung übernachten möchte.

It is a spacious apartment with a great bay view. Not in the center of Leiden, but it can be reached in 10-25 minutes by car or public transport. It was a great experience and we would love to stay again during our next visit to Leiden.

Not a great success. Quality-price ratio is way off.
Positive: The apartment was spacious. The water was warm. Negative: Not the best of experiences. Probably would have been better if the weather had been warmer! Check-in was difficult because we did not get the email with details about the key and code. Nobody was present (4 PM) and we had to laboriously telephone to get the information needed. During our stay we had rain, wind and it was quite chilly. Unfortunately, we could not decide for ourselves how warm we wanted to be (the thermostat has a maximum of 22 degrees and that is that). As stated, the apartment is spacious and so does not really heat up that well, especially since it needs continuous airing... there is a musty smell throughout. The bathroom is also quite spacious and has a shower. I was surprised to find a huge squeegee next to that shower... until I found out why it was there! While you shower you need to use it constantly because the water does not flow in the direction of the drain, but it spreads through the whole bathroom if you are not quick. It was nice to have a washing machine, but I missed the instructions on how to work it. (It chewed up one of our sweaters). Disposal of garbage is also weird: no separation of paper etc.... the instructions state one should dispose of "other" garbage at the local supermarket (?) Finally, I will join many before me in saying that the whole complex is VERY noisy. Not a great success.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux et apprécié son environnement très sympathique entre eau et nature. Les nombreux trains qui passent à proximité ne s’entendent pas. Le canapé-lit n’est toutefois pas agréable pour deux, même pour enfants en bas âge.

Accommodation was comfortable and perfect for this trip, I would definitely come here again. Negative: My smallest and only complaint was there was not a corkscrew in the kitchen, disappointing when I had just been out to buy a bottle of wine from the nearby supermarket. probably I should have checked or bought a screwcap!

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. The customer service agents were very professional and helpful. However, the property needs some attention to details regarding the following: * The check-in process is little bit confusing for a first time visiotr. * The livingroom rug was old and dirty. * The main bathroom water couldn't escape (drained). Overall experience is very pleasant!!

The apartment was nice and tidy, spacious with a balcony overlooking a marina - a perfect spot for an evening drink. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the management was really good, quick responses to any questions we had. It was well located for visit to Leiden (40 minutes walk), and we also took train to The Hague and Amsterdam, We also liked a very tranquil village and spent an enjoyable afternoon on an island.

Die Wohnung war toll und es gibt wenig daran auszusetzen. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und eine begehbare Dusche, deren Gefälle aber falsch bemessen ist, sodass das Wasser sich in nahezu dem gesamten Raum verteilen kann. Einen Gummi-Wasserschieber haben wir nicht gefunden und uns mit einem Besen beholfen. In der Küche vermissten wir ein Backblech. Das Toilettenpapier war sehr knapp bemessen (2 Rollen für den gesamten Aufenthalt mit 3 Personen über 4 Tage). Die Parkflächen für die Autos waren sehr schmal. Trotz der Unzulänglichkeiten war die Wohnung den Mietpreis wert. Beim Check-in gab es Verzögerungen, weil das Callcenter überlastet war und der Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht zuvor per E-Mail übermittelt worden war. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war äußerst freundlich.

Positive: Hier uitgerust na een opname in het LUMC. Schoon, ruim, keurig. Goede bedden. Keuken goed voorzien van servies en keukengerei Wij hadden appartement nr. 13. Negative: Geen minpunten, behalve dat we zelf een trekker voor in de douche hadden aangeschaft en achtergelaten omdat het water niet goed afliep en we alles netjes wilde houden. Dus als host zou ik er voor waken dat er wel een goede trekker in de douche aanwezig blijft voor het behoud van de tegels. 😀

Schönes, außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Komfortappartement.
Positive: Wir hatten das Appartement 13 im ersten Stock. Ein Lob an den Besitzer dieses Appartements. Es ist so geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort heimelich gefühlt. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die grossen Panoramafenster gestalten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Wasser und den Hafen. Besten Dank auch an die freundliche und hilfsbereite Reinigungskraft, welche uns beim kontaktlosen Einchecken geholfen hat. Negative: In der Dusche fehlt ein Abzieher, damit man die Bodennässe beseitigen kann, da die Dusche ohne Einstieg ist und das Wasser sich im grösseren Rahmen verteilen kann.

Wir haben den herrlichen Blick vom Balkon aus sehr genossen ebenso die tolle Lage um auf recht kurzem Wege mit dem Rad nach Leiden oder zum Strand zu fahren. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und der Parkplatz vor der Tür sehr praktisch. Toll war das Team: 1) Eine fehlende Fernbedienung des Fernsehers wurde schnell vorbeigebracht 2) Unser Superheld aber war HENK (Hausmeister/ technische Betreuung der Anlage) der meinen Schlüssel, den ich in der riesigen Mülltonne im Außenbereich der Anlage versehentlich weggeschmissen hatte, mit großem Einsatz rausgefischt hat - vielen DANK dafür. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nàchsten Besuch.

Y tiene parking gratis dentro del establecimiento. En conclusión es una muy buena opción porque estás cerca de todo con las prestaciones que necesitas.

Good for a longer stay
Positive: It is a simple apartment that is perfectly suited for a short stay / self catering visit. The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is ok if you are driving yourself (there is ample parking). Train station 'Warmond' has free parking if you do want to use public transport (e.g.) for a trip to Amsterdam. I would recommend this apartment (and might come back myself as well) if you need a 5 day plus stay in the area and have your own transport. Negative: The drainage in the shower is poor - I used a squeezy and towel dam to prevent flooding of the bathroom. The washing machine was used a few times by me just to dry the towels. Another concern are the matrasses - they seem ready for a replacement. I would have included a second toilet in the bathroom, during construction (personal preference). Now the bathroom is separate.

Eine sehr, sehr schöne Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet, alles funktioniert und ist geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Sehr ruhig ist die Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Wasser mit Booten. Die Abendsonne kann man mit einem Aperol Spritz auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf das Wasser genießen. WLAN ist schnell und stabil.. perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Netflixen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I don't advise other guests to book the apartment when travelling with 3 people. It's comfortable for 2 people. The sofabed had no instruction on how to turn into a bed. Apartment obviously owned by a large company: the internet is very fast, the apartment is very clean and indeed spacious. However this also makes it impersonal and I didn't find it luxurious, e.g. the furniture is sufficient, but no shower door. I hope the owner at least adds a mop for future guests to deal with the water that floods the bathroom.

Positive: We arrived to Netherlands in lockdown and the apartment was perfect. It is very clean which we really appreciated. The kitchen well appointed - had everything we needed. It is quite far from downtown Leiden but in exchange we got a lovely view of the harbour as well as peace and quiet. Lovely little village to stroll through and some trails to take small walks. Negative: I wouldn't have minded sharper knives and a couple more frying pans. Other than that, it was just perfect.

Positive: Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung und Anlage. Negative: Leider nicht so sauber wie gewünscht und für den dementsprechenden Reinigungspreis absolut nicht erfüllt. Balkon nicht wohlfühlend hergerichtet. An der Glastür zum Balkon, jede Menge Handabdrücke. Spülmaschine defekt, leider bis zur Abreise nicht behoben worden. Leider leider Silberfische in Bad (in der Deckenleuchte) und Schlafzimmer. Sobald man duscht, setzt man das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser, keine gute Regelung mit dem Ablauf des Wassers.

Positive: Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht auf den Yachthafen. Die Größe der Wohnung war gut bis sehr gut. Negative: Weder bei Ankunft noch bei Abreise ein persönlicher Kontakt. Dieser hätte auch gerne kurz nach Ankunft erfolgen können. Die Sauberkeit ist oberflächlich gut, aber man darf nicht dahinter gucken. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon sollte verbessert werden. Der Fahrradunterstellplatz ist klein für die Anzahl der Wohnungen und es fanden sich viele nicht mehr genutzte Räder dort.

Positive: Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick auf den kleinen Yachthafen. Optimale Lage für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden oder an den Strand. Negative: Töpfe und Pfannen waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. 120 € Endreinigung finde ich etwas überzogen.
