The neighborhood
The townhouse is located in a calm neighbourhood at the entrance of Sagres town. The house is 400 m from the Intermarché supermarket; 400m from the restaurant "Meridian"; the surf shop 400 m; the bicycle rental shop 400 m; 1000m from the centre of Sagres (Pharmacy, Market, shops, restaurants, bars, health centre, post office, etc.)
Getting around
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres (the nearest bus stop at 100 m from the bus stop (Sagres- Sítio do Poço), but to get around,d a hire car is recommended. You can park one car in the private parking spot in front of the house. Further shared parking spots are available.
By car, it's 15 km to the "Golf Santo António" course, 30 km to Lagos, 50 km to the "Slide & Splash" water park, 90 km to Faro airport, 350 km to Lisbon airport and 350 km to Seville.

Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz vorm Haus.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, was leider nicht immer so toll ist, aber man hört den Verkehr zum Glück kaum.
Bis zum Strand ist es zu Fuß nur 25 Minuten und ein Supermarkt, sowie einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht eine andere Unterkunft suchen müssen.
Haben den Aufenthalt dort abgebrochen. Auch bei der Rückerstattung wegen frühem Checkout wird beim Betrag betrogen und nicht alles zurücküberwiesen…

Angesichts der Lage der Wohnung in der Natur verstehen wir, dass sich manchmal Insekten ihren Weg ins Innere bahnen können, insbesondere zu bestimmten Zeiten des Jahres. Existem pouco utensílios de cozinha/servir.
Os resguardos das camas não estavam convenientemente limpos e as camas estavam mal feitas. Os cortinados estavam sujos e num dos quartos estavam caídos, mal pendurados. A limpeza do interior da casa não é a expectável, mas não é má.
Para estadias superiores a uma semana deveriam disponibilzar a mudança de toalhas e lençóis.
É uma casa confortável e muito agradável. Tem uma óptima localização e o espaço exterior com muita privacidade e abrigado do vento de Sagres.
Apesar das notas negativas recomendo as casas InSagres e gostámos muito da nossa estadia.

They need to invest more on furnitures than all IKEA. YOU CAN'T CALL THIS LUXURY VILLA.. SORRY IT JUST ISN'T. The shower head. It's awful because it's not attached. The kitchen pots and pans are worn and peeling off Teflon. The dishwasher has rust and smelly. The toilet pipe /water is running all the time so you hear this when trying to sleep. The toilet brush need to be replaced more often. It does not cost much.
For people who need silence. This isn't the place while it is right by the street. My husband and I had to be bothered at 2am when two women thought it was their apartment???? Moreso, you hear the neighbors (loud even after 10pm), crying and screaming children.
Warning :Ant attack in the kitchen too. And the pool is COLD. with the Solar panel that they have they can actually invest on some heated pool.

Hier und da gäbe es ein paar praktische Dinge (Duschkopf ist nicht in der Neigung verstellbar in einem Bad, es fehlen große Weingläser und ein paar sinnvolle Küchenutensilien. Die Herdplatten sind etwas nah beisammen, so dass man nicht so gut beide gleichzeitig bedienen kann) die man vielleicht etwas besser hätte umsetzen können, über die man sich aber nicht weiter beschweren muss.
Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man fühlt sich schnell sehr wohl.
Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool it sicherlich ein Highlight. Schade ist nur, dass es nur zwei Liegen gibt (4 wären besser bei 4 Personen).
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

unico problema sono state le formiche, ma il problema è comune in tutto Sagres.

Avec tout ce qu’il faut pour une famille avec un bébé.
Seul problème envahies de fourmis pendant notre séjour impossible de manger tranquillement sans qu’une petite bestiole se glisse dans nos assiettes placard, poubelle et jusqu’à même dans le lit ça a gâché un peu notre séjour car obligé de faire le ménage tout les jours !

Haus hat alles was man braucht.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Inneneinrichtung hätte etwas besser sein können...die Möbel waren schon von Ikea, da hätte man auch noch ein paar Bilder dort kaufen können um dem Haus ein schöneres und wärmeres Flair zu verleihen.
Haus sollte etwas mehr (insgessmt)in Schuss gehalten werden, sonst kann man dort bald nicht mehr hin...z.B. Poolboden, Fussleisten, Badefugen im Duschbereich.

Já ficamos várias vezes naquele empreendimento, noutros apartamentos, e a experiência correu sempre bem.
Desta vez, infelizmente, muitas coisas correram mal, designadamente:
(i) sofá da sala extremamente sujo;
(ii) relva do jardim por cortar;
(iii) piscina sem luz;
(iv) não havia pratos de sobremesa;
(v) cheiro intenso a tabaco;
(vi) colchão exageradamente mole.
Pelo preço que é cobrado, não são admissíveis tantas deficiências, ainda por cima tão facilmente resolúveis.

Plaza de aparcamiento reservada.
Un detalle que dejen agua, cápsulas (Delta) de café y vino.
Aseos amplios sin secador ni otros complementos de cortesía.
No existe ningún tipo de armario o cómoda para dejar la ropa en toda la casa.
Se han ocupado más de la piscina y jardín que de la limpieza de la casa y cambio de sábanas/toallas (CERO cambio en diez días).
Nuestro primer día el cubo de basura estaba lleno y la vajilla, bastante escasa, estaba dentro del lavavajillas.
Dos tumbonas para cuatro personas y las sillas de terraza rotas.
El material de limpieza que dejan para que el inquilino limpie por si mismo es poco eficaz (escoba de escasas cerdas gruesas duras).
La casa es luminosa y moderna pero demasiado minimalista en decoración.
