Rental Valley is hosting an amazing gem! The place offered plenty of room for us and our guest, was in walking distance to many great restaurants and the water, and had many amenities available on site. They were kind and responsive to all of our questions. We definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment, marina park
Positive: Amazing location, in walking distance to marina (10 mins) and old town and we walked to the beach (25 mins) Really spacious, comfortable apartment, bright and modern with fantastic balcony. Really nicely decorated, main living space is really bright. Two bathrooms was brilliant with two teenagers . In a nice quiet location and near to the pool. Pool area was lovely, really big pool and set in the gardens so lots of shade if you need it. Could always get sun loungers, although some do need replacing. The complex never seemed too busy and was pretty quiet most of the time. Would definitely return. Negative: Couldn't use the safe all holiday. It was locked on arrival and we were told it couldn't be opened . However we were also told it wasn't included?? Not good when this is advertised in the facilities list- check this if it is important to you. Bath in ensuite not draining . Broken door handle on main door. Have noticed previous guests had problems with door and bath so not sure how quickly problems are rectified? Some plates and cups need replacing as chipped. Air con is in bedrooms but not in living room. There is a unit but it doesn't come on. The management company answer messages but nothing was resolved for us whilst there.

Positive: El apartamento es espectacular. Negative: El contacto contestó rápidamente a la consulta pero no resolvió nada. Estuvimos toda la semana con la manilla de la puerta rota, el desagüe de una bañera atascado y utilizamos la piscina de milagro, puesto que nos pidieron desde la oficina de la urbanización que enviaran un correo y dijeron que nunca lo recibieron.

Y estaba muy limpio Piscina grande y nunca con mucha gente, ni tuvimos nunca problemas para coger tumbonas ibamos sobre todo por la tardñe Ningún problema con las indicaciones de la agencia, para entrar o salir No ruidos por la noche, muy silencioso. Positive: Me gusto la terraza y lo bien situado que está el apartamento, se encuentra muy bien equipado y tuve todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables, la zona de jardines esta muy bien cuidada. Negative: Tuve un problema grave de salud con un familiar directo y no me dieron opción a modificar fechas ni a devolución del dinero por lo que perdí 3 noches, Uno de los baños no tragaba bien el agua y no tenia gel y champú para las duchas

Positive: Bardzo duży apartament, doskonale wyposażony, ze słonecznym dużym tarasem, zlokalizowany w zadbanym ośrodku, z basenem i restauracją. Negative: Apartament położony na szczycie wzniesienia, co przy dwójce małych dzieci w wózkach było wyzwaniem, ale można poćwiczyć formę.

Positive: L’espace de l’appartement 90 m2 la décoration très harmonieuse. Lave vaisselle lave linge et bien sûr la terrasse très spacieuse et sans de vis à vis. Negative: Pas D’accueil une clé est à récupérer ds un coffre. Pas d’échange et il ns manquait bracelet pour la piscine. La réception de la résidence n’a rien voulu savoir c’est booking qui a arrangé les choses.

Positive: Perfect for us, a family of four. We know these apartments as have stayed there many times over the years. This apartment was nicer than the others we have stayed in with new white flooring which really brightens up the whole apartment making it feel bigger also. Very nice sofa in the living room and the balcony has a dining table and chairs and comfy seating. I would have scored it a 10 but gave a 9 due to lack of sunshine on the balcony especially as we stayed at Easter, we missed that sunshine sun trap at tea time that you can get at other apartments at the marina park but we would definitely stay at this apartment again. I found the bed extremely comfortable and I loved the bedding/duvet, the same as I use at home . Kitchen has everything and the WiFi great. Great size for family of 4 with 2 x older kids. The cafe bar by the pool was open which we used a few times. The key safe for getting keys was perfect with arriving late at night. We left shampoo/conditioner and shower gel plus beach towels that we purchased. It would be great if they were available to use in the future as we only bring hand luggage on our flights with no room for toiletries and beach towels. We also bought a carry bag on wheels for carrying shopping up the hill from the supermarket which we left in the apartment in the hope that would be there for use in the future but I guess these will be taken away when cleaned. We were glad of the toilet roll and hand wash. These extras give more of a personal touch. There was a bottle of red wine waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch but we don’t drink red wine. I’m a bit of a fuss pot and likes dry rose or a dry Prosecco, nothing else will do but thank you, lovely apartment, highly recommend 😀🍾🥂 Negative: Very little sun on the balcony. A little in the morning only . We stayed at Easter for 10 nights.

This place was great. The apartment was nice and big and airy with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is private and big. The pool area is nice and has a bar and toilets. There is a small shop just 2 mins walk away. The marina was about 10 mins walk away and Lagos old town was no longer than 20 mins walk. The beach was around the same walk.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Lagos. Zu zweit war die gemütliche Wohnung sehr großzügig und ist sicher auch für Familien gut geeignet. Sehr großer Balkon und der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt mit kostenfreien Liegen und Schirmen. Auch die Kommunikation war gut.

L'appartement est au dernier étage de l'immeuble. il dispose d'une grande pièce à vivre avec sàm et salon. une cuisine très bien équipé ( lave linge, lave vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut avec jusqu'au presse argue électrique ). les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. une terrasse très appréciable. vraiment rien à redire sur cet appartement. il est situé dans un grand complexe de plusieurs immeubles avec parking gratuit à dispo dans un espace gardienné. Cet appartement est de qualité. il est au calme de la ville et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre. Si je devais être critique car je suis très sensible au bruit, le bâtiment n'a pas été conçu pour que les bruits inter appartement soit inaudible, on attend donc beaucoup la vie du voisinage mais le respect des horaires de silence (à partir de 22h00) par les voisins n'a pas dérangé mon sommeil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais La communication a été parfaite. Une attention particulière nous attendait à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de vin blanc (merci).

Conforto e bom gosto
Excelente apartamento! Espaçoso, bem decorado, completamente equipado! A varanda é soberba! A entrada do Marina Park, a um passo da piscina e de um pequeno supermercado. A Marina e o centro de Lagos ficam a um pulinho. Ótima opção para uma temporada tranquila!

Nice apartment. Lots of light. Big balcony with nice furnishing. Beds were good to sleep. Two barhrooms were really convinient when staying with group of ladies. Kitchen was well equipped. Maybe more wine glasses would be good. Poolarea was great!

Great apartment and a great host.
The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The balcony was large with plenty of furniture however it doesn’t get the sun so we never used it. Communication with Annemarie was excellent, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out with the key still in the lock! She came over straight away and arranged for a lock smith to get us back in. Thank you so much Annemarie.
