The space
Das Herzstück des Hauses ist die großzügige Küche mit einem Essbereich mit Raum für zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten, um die Aussicht auf den Swimmingpool zu genießen. Ein gemütliches Fernsehzimmer ist perfekt für Filmabende mit der Familie. Das Haus ist sehr luftig und hell, und der erste Stock überblickt die Straße zur Vorderfront und bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer und den Naturpark.
Erdgeschoss - Eingangshalle mit Treppenaufgang, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Zentralheizungsboiler, Solaranlage, Warmwasserspeicher und Lüftungsschrank, Essbereich mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool und Zugang zum hinteren Garten, Torbogen zum gemütlichen Fernsehzimmer, Flur, Familienbad und Doppelschlafzimmer.
- Stock - großer Treppenabsatz mit Meerblick und Zugang zur Terrasse. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, Zugang zur Terrasse mit Meerblick und einem privatem Balkon mit Gartenblick. Das andere Doppelschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen privaten Balkon mit Meerblick.
Garage mit Waschküche
Der Außenbereich verfügt über ein Salzwasser-Schwimmbad, eine überdachte Terrassen, welche sich im 1. Stock befindet. Einen Eingezäunter Garten, Pétanque-Platz, und eine private Einfahrt.

The neighborhood
An der Westküste der Algarve gelegen und eingebettet in den Naturpark Vicentina, ist Vale da Telha ein begehrtes Ziel für junge Familien, Surfer und Naturliebhaber gleichermaßen. Die Gegend ist wegen ihrer unberührten, zerklüfteten Küste, der sauberen Strände, des milden Klimas und der natürlichen Umgebung beliebt. Die Strände von Arrifana und Monte Clerigo sind nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gegend bietet eine Reihe von Restaurants, Cafés und zwei Mini-Supermärkte vor der Haustür. Die Stadt Aljezur ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bietet alles für das tägliche Leben.
Getting around
Vom Flughafen Faro aus erreichen Sie Vale de Telha in etwa 80 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wenn Sie die Gegend erkunden wollen, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur bis Aljezur, nicht aber bis Vale da Telha fahren. Parkplätze gibt es überall in der Gegend kostenlos und in ausreichender Zahl.

Silvia sent some very useful, local information about beaches, restaurants and places to visit. We based what we did using this information and had a very happy time here. We've never been to this part of Portugal before and really enjoyed the quiet, rural area. The beaches are beautiful and spacious with excellent surf rental companies. I recommend Boa onda at Monte Clerigo beach.

It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have some quality family time, the selection of board games was brilliant for the evenings.
Our host Silvia was great, friendly and provided us with lots of local knowledge that mad our stay even more enjoyable.

chouette point de départ pour des balades sur la falaise
zone de maisons de vacances, très calme quand j'y étais mais le ressenti doit être très différent quand on est en saison avec les maisons pleines et les piscines utilisées

There are nice beaches all around but you will need to enjoy a walk!

It’s a quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed walking to the ruins and doing part of the scenic cliff walk.
Arrifana beach is a short drive away and lovely with beach cafes and restaurants.

The villa was really well presented and very well equipped. It was just as described and we couldn't be happier with our stay.
We knew the area already so knew we had a great location - nice and quiet and super close to the beaches.
Our children loved the big pool (not heated but we were aware of this so were prepared with wetsuits!) and the whole outdoor area was great for all the family to enjoy. The beds were really comfy and the house stayed nice and cool in the evenings.
We would definitely book this villa again.
