The neighborhood
The townhouse is located in a calm neighbourhood at the entrance of Sagres town. The house is 400 m from the Intermarché supermarket; 400m from the restaurant "Meridian"; the surf shop 400 m; the bicycle rental shop 400 m; 1000m from the centre of Sagres (Pharmacy, Market, shops, restaurants, bars, health centre, post office, etc.)
Getting around
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres (the nearest bus stop at 100 m from the bus stop (Sagres- Sítio do Poço), but to get around,d a hire car is recommended. You can park one car in the private parking spot in front of the house. Further shared parking spots are available.
By car, it's 15 km to the "Golf Santo António" course, 30 km to Lagos, 50 km to the "Slide & Splash" water park, 90 km to Faro airport, 350 km to Lisbon airport and 350 km to Seville.

Der Check in war leicht verzögert, aber dafür war alles sauber.
In der Unterkunft kann man ein “Hausfeeling” genießen. Der Garten und der Pool wurden regelmäßig gesäubert und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Mooi appartement met 2 kamers en 2 badkamers, fijn schoon zwembad met privacy van eigen tuin. Prachtige bloemen in de heg die de tuin heerlijk deden ruiken.
Met een auto is alles heel dichtbij, inclusief een grote supermarkt.
Een buitendouche ontbreekt en je hebt niet heel veel handdoeken, waardoor ik vermoed dat mensen soms nat door het appartement lopen. Daardoor hebben tapijt, vloer en bank wat oude watervlekken. Maar dat stoorde ons verder niet. Zijn gewone gebruikssporen.

Lokal wygodny, dwie łazienki, dwie sypialnie, klimatyzacja. Kuchnia ubogo wyposażona, ale wszystko jest co trzeba. Zadbane otoczenia wokół budynków. Ta część Portugalii jest tak piękna, ale lokal gra drugoplanową rolę.
Lokal był powierzchownie posprzątany, w łazience włosy na podłodze, w lodówce zaschnięty bród, naczynie niedomyte.
Natomiast operator lokalu był responsywny i zaoferował dodatkowe sprzątanie, niestety pierwszego wrażenia nie da się "posprzątać".
Na zdjęciach wszystko wygląda fajnie, ale w rzeczywistości wykończenie podniszczone. słaba jakość albo ktoś nie dba.
Basen stanowi raczej dużą wannę, ale dla małych dzieci jest ok.

Teilweise waren Möbel defekt( haben wir dann repariert), der Wasserkocher war total verkalkt und der Toaster und der Föhn waren defekt und die schmutzige Wäsche vom Vormieter war noch im Schrank! Das geht bei dem Preis gar nicht!

Toll zum Arbeiten ist der praktische Tisch direkt am Fenster und das schnelle und verlässliche Internet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Just for reference, if you have a bad back like I do, the mattresses might be too soft for you.
Also, expect weekly visits of the gardener and pool maintenance guys.
Other than that, the place is perfect and will return as Sagres is a lovely and quiet place.

Tuvieron un problema de comunicación con la ubicación y un error con la piscina que no era climatizada, pero la comunicación posterior fue perfecta. Volveremos!!
