The space
This bright and well-maintained apartment is located in the sought-after Meia Praia area of Lagos, just a short distance from one of the Algarve's most beautiful stretches of beach. Built in 2009, the apartment is in excellent condition throughout and benefits from an energy rating of B.
Upon entering, the fully equipped kitchen is straight ahead, with access to a side balcony — a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by greenery. To the right, the spacious living and dining area opens onto a generous south-facing balcony with stunning sea views, perfect for long Algarve evenings with a glass of wine.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. The first bedroom is located along the hallway and has access to the side balcony, along with a shared bathroom featuring a bathtub. At the end of the hallway, the second bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, are fitted with air conditioning units. Every room is also equipped with a remote-controlled electric blind system, which can be operated per room or all at once — making it easy to keep cool during the warmest part of the day.
With an elevator in the building, sea views from the living room and balcony, and a calm residential setting within walking distance of Meia Praia beach, this apartment is an ideal base for a relaxed Algarve holiday.

The neighborhood
Meia Praia is a peaceful and picturesque coastal area just east of Lagos, stretching along one of the longest and most pristine beaches in the Algarve. The beach itself is a wide arc of golden sand with calm, clear Atlantic waters — ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply unwinding under the sun.
The area has a relaxed, unhurried character, with a handful of excellent beach restaurants and beach bars where you can enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes just steps from the shore. For more extensive dining, shopping, and exploring, the historic town of Lagos is only a short drive or taxi ride away, with its charming old town, marina, and lively restaurant scene.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the surrounding area offers fantastic walking and cycling routes along the coast, as well as water sports and boat trips departing from Lagos marina. The famous Ponta da Piedade — with its dramatic golden rock formations and sea caves — is just a short drive away and not to be missed.
Getting around
The apartment is best reached by car. Lagos town centre is approximately 5 minutes by car and offers supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport connections. Faro Airport is roughly 75 kilometres away, approximately one hour by car.
