The space

Welcome to this cozy studio located in the peaceful and green Aerdenhout. This charming accommodation offers privacy with its own entrance and staircase, along with a small terrace of 15m² furnished with two comfortable chairs and a table — the perfect spot to relax outdoors.

The 20m² living-sleeping area is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and features an open kitchen. You'll find everything you need: a dishwasher, 2-burner induction cooktop, sink, mini fridge, combi microwave/oven, and an extractor fan. Additionally, useful kitchenware such as a toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle are provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning for warmer months, and the extra-long double box-spring bed (210cm) ensures a great night's sleep.

Enjoy views of a lovely garden, right in the heart of nature, and make use of the enclosed garden where you can securely store your bikes.

The neighborhood

Aerdenhout is an upscale residential area known for its tranquility and natural beauty and is next to Zandvoort. Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks, to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is close by and mostly within walking distance. So what are you looking for in your trip?

Two National Parks embed the village; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling on the beach, those are two significant areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance, mountain biking around the race track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf, and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?

Zandvoort also has a great race track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize many activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. So maybe you want to get your race license?

Last but not least, from Aerdenhout you can quickly get to Amsterdam by public transport, which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.

Getting around

Aerdenhout is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The local train station, Aerdenhout-Heemstede, offers direct connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam, perfect for a day trip to the city. Buses also run through the area, providing access to nearby towns and the beach at Zandvoort in just minutes.
