Step onto the west-facing balcony and you have the Atlantic in front of you and the rooftops of Lagos below. This brand-new apartment sits inside the Dona Ana Beach Residences complex, a short walk from the golden cliffs of Dona Ana and Pinhão beaches.
The space
Lagos Odyssey is a brand-new apartment on the first floor of block 5, in the Dona Ana Beach Residences complex in Amejeira, Lagos. The apartment covers 142m² of living space across a single level, with two balconies, a lift, and two parking spaces in the garage below.
When you enter, the open living room and fully equipped kitchen are directly ahead, leading out to a west-facing balcony with views towards the sea and the Lagos skyline. The living area is bright and modern, furnished with comfortable seating and a 55-inch Smart TV.
The sleeping quarters run along the other side of the apartment. The first bedroom has a king-size bed. Adjacent to it is a second bedroom with two single beds. Both share a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the far end of the hallway is the third bedroom, also with a king-size bed, and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. All three bedrooms open onto the east-facing balcony, which looks out over the landscaped grounds and pool area.
The complex has a shared outdoor pool (30m x 6m) and a separate children's pool, both unfenced. The two balconies catch the morning light to the east and the evening sun to the west.
The light shifts quietly from one side of the apartment to the other as the day goes on, and you feel it.

The neighborhood
The apartment is in the Amejeira neighbourhood on the southern edge of Lagos, a short walk from two of the Algarve's most visited beaches. Dona Ana Beach, with its golden sand, sheltered bay and dramatic limestone cliffs, is around 15 minutes on foot. Pinhão Beach is in the same direction. Both have calm, clear water and are popular with families.
The centre of Lagos, with its restaurants, cafés, shops, and the Saturday market, is a 10 to 15-minute walk or a short drive along the harbour road. The marina is further west along the waterfront. From the cliffs above Dona Ana, the headland of Ponta da Piedade stretches west, with its famous sea caves and rock arches best reached by kayak or boat tour from the marina.
Supermarkets are within easy reach, and there are restaurants of all kinds in Lagos town and along the coastal road.
Getting around
A car is recommended for exploring the wider Algarve, though the beaches and Lagos centre are easy to reach on foot from the apartment. Two private parking spaces are included. Faro Airport is approximately 1 hour by car. Lagos train station connects the town to Faro and the wider Algarve rail network.

➤ Check-in time: 16:00-22:00 (late arrival possible in consultation)
➤ Check-out time: before 10:00
➤ The shared pool (30m x 6m) and children's pool are unfenced. Guests with young children should supervise them at the pool at all times.
➤ Smoking is not permitted.
ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists' and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival, we shall send you a link to our SEF form to complete and send back to us before your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
