Wake up on the fifth floor with the sea on the horizon and the Lagos marina just below. This compact, south-facing apartment sits within a gated complex with two shared pools, a short walk from the old town and the long golden sands of Meia Praia. The Algarve coast is on your doorstep.
The space
Bles is a one-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of a gated complex in Lagos, with around 58m² of living space.
From the entrance, the kitchen is on your left, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and kettle. On the right is the bathroom, with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom, which has a double bed and a storage unit, air conditioning, and direct access to the south-facing balcony. The living room, straight ahead from the front door, has a sofa bed, a dining area, a Smart TV, and its own air conditioning unit. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto the south-facing balcony.
The balcony faces south, catching afternoon sun, with views towards the sea. It is fitted with a built-in grill and an electric sunscreen, operated by two remotes.
Two shared pools are visible from the balcony. Guests can reach them by taking the elevator to the ground floor and exiting through the sliding doors on the complex grounds.

The neighborhood
Lagos is one of the most visited towns on the western Algarve, and its appeal is easy to understand. The historic centre has cobbled lanes, a 17th-century fortress, and some of the finest Baroque church interiors in southern Portugal. The marina, a few minutes' walk from the apartment, is lined with restaurants and bars, and runs boat trips out to the sea caves and cliffs around Ponta da Piedade.
Meia Praia, the longest beach in the Lagos area at nearly 5 km of unbroken golden sand, is roughly 1.5 km from the apartment, around 5 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk along the waterfront. It is sheltered, family-friendly, and lifeguarded in summer. For something more dramatic, Praia Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo are tucked into the limestone cliffs south of the centre, around 10 minutes by car. A weekly market and a full range of supermarkets are within easy reach of the apartment.
The apartment is next to the N125 and well positioned for reaching the wider Algarve.
Getting around
A car is recommended for getting around the wider Algarve, though the apartment's location near the marina means the old town, restaurants, and the waterfront are walkable. Lagos train station is approximately a 15-minute walk, with connections along the Algarve coast. Faro Airport is around 85 km east, approximately 1 hour by car via the A22 motorway. Private parking at the complex is included.

➤ Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
