Step onto your east-facing balcony and watch the morning light come in off the sea. Bayline Beach2 is a modern apartment in an exclusive beachfront complex in Armação de Pêra, with access to indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and a gym - all included.

The space
Bayline Beach2 is a modern apartment of 94m² on the third floor of the Bayline Complex, right on the beach in Armação de Pêra. Built in 2023, the apartment is spread across one level.
The living area is open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a Smart TV. The sofa bed here sleeps one child. The balcony is east-facing, catching the morning sun over the sea.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90x200). Bedroom 2 also has two single beds (90x200). The apartment accommodates up to 4 adults, or up to 5 guests when a child uses the sofa bed.
Bathroom 1 is ensuite and has a shower and WC. Bathroom 2 also has a shower and WC.
As a guest of the Bayline Complex, you have access to the shared indoor heated pool (28°C, open 8:00-21:00), the shared outdoor pool, a spa, and a gym (open 9:00-21:00).
From the balcony in the morning, the sea stretches out and the day opens slowly in front of you.

Private parking is available within the Bayline Complex. Please note the speed limit is 20 km/h within the complex, and the parking is not accessible for vehicles over 2.1m in height. An EV charger is available on site.

The neighborhood
Armação de Pêra sits in the heart of the central Algarve, between Albufeira and Portimão. It is a beach town with genuine character: fishing boats still launch from the sand each morning, the old village clusters around a 17th-century fort, and the seafront promenade is lined with restaurants and viewpoints.
Praia de Armação de Pêra stretches for over a kilometre directly in front of the complex. The water is calm with no strong currents, supervised by lifeguards in season, and well suited for families. Boat trips run daily from Praia dos Pescadores to the sea caves and cliffs further west, including the famous Benagil cave.
For a quieter beach, Praia da Marinha is a short drive west along the coast. Inland, the medieval town of Silves - with its red sandstone castle - is worth an afternoon.
Zoomarine theme park is around 6 km away, and the Aqualand waterpark is around 5 km away, both easy by car.
Getting around
A car is recommended for this location. Faro Airport is approximately 50 km away. Public transport connections to Armação de Pêra are limited; the nearest train station is in Alcantarilha, around 12 km from town. Private parking is available within the Bayline Complex.
