The neighborhood
This townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is right behind the town center of Sagres, with it's many restaurants and shops. The big supermarket is 5-10 minutes walking. Beliche beach and the Cabo de São Vicente ('end of the world') are just a few minutes by car.
Getting around
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres, but to get around a hire car is recommended. You can park one car for free on our private parking, extra cars can park in the streets surrounding this accommodation.

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this date 100% of the total booking amount is due. Cleaning and linen fees will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation within 30 of arrival. We strongly advise to take cancellation insurance for your trip to avoid possible financial damage.

The only downside was that the water stopped working for the last 1.5 days of our stay. Instead of being proactive and coming to the villa to check the issue, they initially blamed the government. After multiple calls and text messages, they eventually came after a few hours, identified the problem, and fixed it. To make up for the inconvenience, they kindly allowed us a late check-out, which was very thoughtful and convenient.

Leider blieben Investitionen aus, so das die Glanzstunden dieser "Villa" vor ca. 10 Jahren waren.
Küche ist funktionsfähig jedoch vom Baujahr 2000. Dieses spiegelt sich in der abgeranzten Spülmaschine am meisten wieder.
Bei einem der drei Badezimmer musste die Dusche ausgetauscht werden da diese mit Alufolie geflickt wurde und der Wasserhahn völlig verkalkt war.
Grill war nicht zu gebrauchen und mit Zigarettenkippen, die 2 Sonnenliegen defekt und gefährlich da verrostete Schrauben rausschauten.
Positiv ist wie schnell man die meisten Beanstandungen behoben hat. ( innerhalb 24 h )
Die Größe des Haus sowie Garten ist Klasse.
Der Teich ist mega für Kinder da der Pool nicht beheizt und somit viel zu kalt.
Tennisplatz ist auch vor der Tür und ist kostenlos zur Nutzung.

The location is amazing, the garden wonderful.
The house is confortable, very clean, and all rooms have a view on the garden. The beds and pillées are confortable.
It would be nice to upgrade/update the equipment and facilities to match the amazing potential of the house (bigger BBQ, more deckchairs, dish-washer a little less old...)
Note: the air conditioning is only in 2 rooms, others are provided with fans.

Las habitaciones, las camas, los baños, el salón, el jardín, la terraza, la piscina, el tenis, la cocina.. la cama elástica! Todo es estupendo.
Te sientes como en casa desde que pones un pie en la Villa y la bienvenida de los anfitriones, cuya foto y su presentación puede verse en la entrada, lo hace todo mas acogedor.
Ha sido una semana donde hemos disfrutado mucho y ya estamos esperando que llegue el año que viene para volver a reservar.
Muchas gracias por dejarnos vivir vuestra casa como si fuese nuestra.

A casa está a precisar de um melhoramento geral. Não tinha copos de vinho. O que chamam de churrasqueira é um mero grelhador que não dá para a capacidade que a casa tem de hóspedes. O bico maiôs do fogão não funciona e o frigorífico é muito fraco.

Plenty of space inside the house and out side in the garden.
We love the trampoline and the beautiful biological swimming pool.
Close for what you need and away from crowd, this house is on the right place. We’ll be back for sure.
